This Dunkin is the absolute worst . Poor customer service. Order was not right . Employee acts like she does not know what she is doing or cares very rude . Gross and unkept behind counter !

They were short staffed because they were way behind. The drive-thru was busy. Took over 15 min from time i did my mobile order until I got my order and had to tell them I had more than just coffee.

I’ve been coming to this spot for the last few years, and I’ve always had decent service, but today was a bit of a letdown. It all started when I was ordering at the drive-thru. The cashier kept asking me to pull forward before I could even finish my order or go over the specifics. I paid for my order, and then she asked me to pull up again. I ended up waiting longer than usual, and when a girl came out with part of my order, I realized I was missing my coffee. I waited outside for a bit longer, only to realize I had been given the wrong item altogether. I ordered a chicken croissant, but I got a stuffed croissant instead.
I decided to go inside to get some help. When I tried explaining the situation, instead of fixing it, they started telling me what I had ordered, but I know what I ordered because I was the one who made the order. Then, another girl came over, asked if anyone was waiting for drive-thru orders inside, and when I told her what I was supposed to get, she handed me another stuffed croissant and said that’s what I ordered. At this point, it had been 25 minutes just for a cold brew coffee (which was supposed to be with oat milk) and a chicken croissant. I ended up leaving with whatever they decided to give me. It was a frustrating experience

This location sucks! Yesterday they gave me stale donuts, after some rude lady took my order, at the thru. Only because I have a gift card I attempted to go back through the drive thru this morning, but the service was even worse. The batista gave me attitude before placing an order! I ended up leaving and won't be back

I typically don’t do negative reviews because it’s not nice but here we go… this was the worst experience I’ve had in a long time. I went to get a friend a coffee which was in town. So I ordered an iced coffee and a doughnut. I got the doughnut right away and then waited patiently for my coffee. It wasn’t busy, so I go wait by a table. Then another customer walks in and orders their coffee and he makes their coffee right away. Confused, I walked up and ask about my coffee and he said he thought the lady he was working with was making my coffee. So i said okay and walk back over to the table. I wait another five minutes and they finally bring my coffee. When I brought the coffee to my guest they said it didn’t taste like it normally does and well after the confusion at the place, I can see why. The restaurant also was a mess and could have used a cleaning.

The employees at this location are rude and super unfriendly when there’s an issue (which is every time). There are always food items missing. Today, I had ordered two hot drinks and when I went to pick them up, they had put iced drinks with ice into a hot cup and tried to give me that, then got upset when I asked for hot drinks and not iced. Save yourself the headache and get your coffee or breakfast somewhere else. This location is by far the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I’m done with them.

We were skeptical due to reviews, I think the staff is aware of them. You can see them hustling to keep up with drive thru. We ordered/ate in store and they were very friendly and as quick as they could be.

We were here to get a coffee and donuts. We were the only customers in the shop and had to wait about 10 minutes until we got our order. Ordering via monitors is cumbersome. I ordered a normal coffee, there were several options to choose from, black with milk and so on. I ordered 2 milks, when I was sitting in the car and driving away I noticed that the coffee was black without milk. It's unbelievable - you order at a terminal and then don't get what you ordered. Can't the staff here read?
