Employees are lazy and inattentive, the poor gentleman working the window was the only one working and he was so sweet, the other employees care more about gossip, and smoking than taking care of any customers, took us almost 20 minutes to get 2 sandwiches, 1 coffee, and 4 doughnuts. I’m glad there are 3 locations in this town.

As a New Yorker moving to Destin Florida, it’s extremely disappointing to see that the only Dunkin’ Donuts in town has the worst service and the worst management I’ve ever seen. This store location can’t even handle two or three orders together without having to wait 10 - 20 minutes for a coffee. There seems to be absolutely no training If you order anything with any food, it takes 10 to 15 minutes every single time and there’s always a problem with the order like they don’t understand their own food that they’re serving What I would recommend for this place is somebody from corporate to send a trainer down to this location to train the staff because they obviously have no clue what they’re doing here. The food always comes out wrong. The coffee orders are wrong. A lot of the time and the time to serve customers is always excessive or if you go through the drive-through constantly being told to go park and wait 10 minutes for a coffee or a bagel to come out. It shouldn’t be like this they need help bad There are so many other donut locations in this city that makes it very difficult to even wanna come back here

Not Impressed - Do Better
I stopped by here recently, and honestly, I was pretty disappointed. It wasn’t even busy, a couple drive through cars, but I still had to wait way too long for any service. The staff didn’t seem in any rush at all—just kind of going through the motions and not really paying attention. While one spoke friendly, he was very nonchalant, almost seemed like an act.
For a place that wasn’t busy, I expect things to move a lot quicker. Instead, I was ignored and basically disrespected. Looked like they were more focused talking to each other on headsets than showing urgency to complete orders. No hustle, no urgency, just a lack luster attempt to fake kindness. I won't come back until there's a staff change.

They will serve you stone cold food and don't let you take food until all the items are prepared. Even if takes several minutes. They don't treat their customers well. We had two Avo toasts and a hash brown. They refused to give toasts that are ready until hash browns are prepared.

Visited on Veterans Day for a free donut. Gentleman looked like he was working by himself. He was very pleasant and nice. But, the shop didn't have a number of donuts that I would have liked, so took what they had.....chocolate glazed. The donut was stale tasting, but glaze was very tasty. Probably not worth the stop.

They had us pull up in the drive thru to wait on our food forgot about us for 22mins and I’m trying to get to work gave me some cold food that I took a bite of the hash brown and it was so cold old and nasty taste like oil not cooked I was hungry just digging in spit it out cause of the horrible taste. The sandwich was cold not even trying that. Took it back inside for a refund cause I don’t want my money to go to a nasty establishment and they’re in Destin what a terrible place! Went to chick-fila lol their food is cooked and hot!

Wow!! $16 for this. Hashbrowns were cold and not cooked ripped piece of sausage with hard as a rock wrap and where is the bacon. Not to mention this was 9am and they were out of eggs
