Have not seen a Dunkin’ Donuts in decades as we do not have them near us. Hard to review as we don’t not had two donuts and not anything else to eat or drink. Based off of the two donuts we had they were really good and fresh. Price was really high for just a donut though but they had a nice selection. Personally I think krispy crème tonight’s have better flavor but that is all relative so who knows. Bottom line, good donuts and worth the stop. Long line for the coffee products so that must be good.

The night shift crew was super nice when we went and got ice cream. But the next day I come to get 2 iced coffees and I’m the only one in line and wait 5 minutes just for someone to respond to order. Then I pull up to the window and the lady was very rude with headphones in not paying attention. Then she makes me pull up and wait at the front of the building another 10 minutes for coffee. In all I probably waited 20 minutes for two iced coffees with terrible service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They took 45 minutes to give me 1 egg and cheese wrap and an order of hash browns in the drive through. The staff are entitled and rude. And this place is super unorganized . Would never come here again.

Was in Destin the past week for vacation and I went to Dunkin every morning to get my coffee and bagel. Every single time they have gotten the bagel wrong. I always asked for an everything bagel toasted with butter and every morning I was given a plain bagel with no butter. Not sure how you screw this up 7 times every morning but this is definitely the worst Dunkin I’ve been too.

Got a milkshake for my daughter just now (6/15/25) and it was melted and tasted like straight milk. She took it back in and asked for them to please remake it and the gentleman threw her old one away and the woman in there said “why did you throw that away? We could have given it to someone else.” THE GIRL WAS GOING TO GIVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE AFTER MY DAUGHTER HAD STATED SHE HAD ALREADY TRIED IT.

20 minute drive thru.. Got drinks after a short wait. After a longer wait we got some of our food. Had to go inside to get the forgotten food, the rest of the food was then cold. I'd find another location.
