Bad customer service and no acknowledge of food ready to a customer that had son waiting to have food and after father told staff could at least said food was ready or call number out ! Not apologetic Attitude or any care of this customer or having good service and I have been plenty of awesome Dunkin’ Donuts to New York and others states . I hope management gets involved to help with service and customer service as this location needs help . Dirty tables

The person at the window was extremely loud and made me pull up for a piece of avocado toast. No one was behind me and I don’t appreciate her tone or her attitude. Was not friendly at all….almost like she was yelling!

Used drive through a hot coffee on a cold day is always good

Went through the drive through and ordered a Sweet Maple Bacon Croissant and was charged an extra 1.50 for bacon, when I asked what the charge was for she said I ordered black pepper bacon when I did not. She did not offer to refund my money, just kept arguing with me. I will not be back. Who would pay 1.50 to substitute bacon for BACON? If she did not hear me order it correctly she should have clarified when I was in the drive through about any upcharges.

I lived on Dunkin’ Donuts up north. This one is just got awful people who work there don’t want to work. Their coffee order is always wrong coffee always taste, burnt and terrible. Whoever owns this franchise must obviously not care or is a disaster. So bad !!!

It was insane, they were not attentive, and they took 40 min for a small order and a very small amount of cream cheese in everything bagel.Even though we informed them, the attentive her name is Charlene, she was rude to us.Worst experience ever.

We like Dunkin'... so far this has been the worst experience at one of these.Only one lady working and she really didn't want to be there. We ordered online to "expedite" but the lady didn't even have the decency to tell us to come around or come in, just told us to wait. After ten minutes at the window where we could clearly see her chatting away with another customer and not even acknowledging that we were there, we decided to go around and walk in, there two other customers in!Definitely not busy, zero apologies and with an attitude.Again we like Dunkin' but this one is a NO.
