They were short staffed because they were way behind. The drive-thru was busy. Took over 15 min from time i did my mobile order until I got my order and had to tell them I had more than just coffee.

We were skeptical due to reviews, I think the staff is aware of them. You can see them hustling to keep up with drive thru. We ordered/ate in store and they were very friendly and as quick as they could be.

Overall it was a positive experience. There were some ups and downs: starting out it was discovered that their system was down which raised some initial concerns. I was very impressed that they adapted quickly and delivered a satisfactory response time in the face of adversity. The iced coffee was delicious and so was the sausage egg and cheese croissant and hash-browns. Unfortunately they forgot to give me my smores donut, but the woman was very apologetic and quickly remedied...
