Went to Fish-On in Destin today and had an awesome experience. The manager and chef both came out and introduced themselves, which you don’t see much anymore. We learned they’re one of only three restaurants in Destin serving locally caught seafood that’s truly fresh — never frozen — and you can taste the difference.

We stumbled upon this place bc the initial place we went to had a 2 1/2 wait time. Thank goodness for that or we would’ve missed out on a wonderful place!

The gentleman whom took our order was very warm and amiable. We came here because of other reviews regarding their blackened grouper. It did not disappoint! Highly recommend👍👍
