Oh yeah... the Nutella gelato stole my heart! 🤎🍨 The selection was huge, with so many flavors to choose from, and everything tasted amazing. Definitely a must-try if you're a gelato lover!
Birthday cake was listed a signature flavor on website but was missing in store. Nutella flavor was chalky, almost like a sugar-alternative flavoring. Peach and pecan flavors were good though, as well as the cones themselves. If you’re ever in Pcola, Lamonte is supreme 🙌🏻
La Cremeria has the very best decaf, sugar free latte I have ever had! I enjoy caffeinated coffee but in the evening I drink decaf. This is hands down the best! If their decaf is this good I know the regular is amazing! You have to try their caramel, vanilla latte. Game changer! PS… the gelato is just as good!!
Good air-conditioning and ice cream!
Staff was excellent and portions sizes are great. We also got to try the tending fruit shaped ice cream which was great! 10/10 will definitely be visiting again soon!

The customer service was horrible. Whoever was working on Saturday, June 20, 2026 at 3:45pm was VERY RUDE. She did not speak when we entered the establishment and when we asked to sample the selection, since there were plant based options that we never had before, she barely put Gelato onto the sample spoons which were already tiny. I suggest she take a customer service class 101 or find a line of work that suits her ATTITUDE!!!!
We really enjoyed our icecream here. The portions were huge. They even had the trendy ice creams with the white chocolate on the outside.
Super friendly customer service; we were greeted as soon as we walked into the door. Kamae has excellent customer service skills.
