The rice and noodles had no flavor. They dont mix the rice with the seasonings well. I had clumps of white rice. Also no flavor on the noodles. Literally NO flovor. The steak i got was good. But definitely not worth 50$

Our party of 9 had an incredible dinner at Osaka Hibachi Restaurant in Destin on Saturday, July 18, 2026**! From the moment we walked in, **Ava** made us feel welcome. She was friendly, organized, and ensured our large group was taken care of throughout the evening.

The meal started with the house salad and soup, both of which were fresh and delicious. We ordered several hibachi combinations, including the trio of scallops, shrimp, and chicken, the trio of lobster, shrimp, and chicken, and the shrimp and chicken combination. I strongly suggest to try the shrimp tempura. Every dish was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and generously portioned. The **Sake Martini** was also excellent—smooth, refreshing, and expertly made.

A huge shoutout to **Chef Aaron**, who truly made the night unforgettable. His cooking skills were outstanding, and he kept our entire table entertained with his friendly personality, great conversation, and professional service. He turned dinner into an experience that everyone in our group enjoyed.

Overall we had a good time here, worth it if it’s hibachi experience you’re looking for while visiting the area. The atmosphere was great, our cook was very friendly, not as much of a show as some of the other chefs but that’s okay. The food was good, not the best habachi I’ve had but there was nothing bad about it. Our server wasn’t very attentive, others at the table had to wait long periods for a simple water refill and my husbands empty dishes didn’t get picked up and it took her a long time to come back to us he so he ended up having to move them empty table waiting to be bussed. But overall still a good time and we would go back.

Holy Smokes!!! Jackie Chan was amazing! We came on vacation from Huntsville, AL. Well worth the drive! The chef gave all of us names, Mine was Jennifer Aniston, my husband Jet Li, my daughter was Hannah Montana, my son Harry Potter.. Such a smooth chef. Food was fantastic. Perfectly done. This place is kid friendly too. We will be back! It’s a refreshing change from the burger and seafood places here.

We ordered lunch to go. The sauce containers within the styrofoam containers were melted all over the food.
When you pay $20 for a small meal, you expect it to taste good. Not impressed, at all. Save your money and go somewhere else!

This is a very bad restaurant and I do NOT recommend. Their food is way overpriced for such small portions and is below average, Never come to this place if you are in Destin, Florida.

The food was amazing. It was so much of it and I was all delicious. I definitely recommend it. The service was good atmosphere was great. The cook was funny and very entertaining.I love hibachi ❤

The hibachi had a sticky sweet taste like they had put sweet-and-sour sauce over the whole plate, not what I was expecting. The restaurant had a very strong smell of Fabulosa or bleach or some other cleaning product that was so strong. It did not feel like we were eating in a restaurant.

The lightning was bright white overhead like a cafeteria. Overall, the atmosphere between the smell and the Lighting and the cleanliness was really offputting.

Our server was great, but the food was the worst hibachi I have ever eaten.

All three of us had a full plate of food left when the server came back and he did not ask us how the food was. I guess he probably knew. I won’t go back and I can’t figure out how this place is still in business.

The chef was great and my kids enjoyed watching him!! My only complaint is the price. 28 dollars for half a chicken breast is a bit extreme. Cut back on the rice and noodles and can cut the prices down at least a bit.

My family of 11 really enjoyed our experience and food here. We had a great cook and the children really had a great time. We will definitely be going back on our next trip. It was a great choice for our last meal as a family prior to leaving for home.
