Order was missing items, couldn't reach the store, called multiple times with no answer. Had to speak to foreign speaking CSR. Would not issue refund for missing items only credit to local store. We were on vacation so that didn't work for us. She placed an order for missing items to be delivered, got a notification that order would delivered by DMTRII with door dash. Items were never delivered, dasher wouldn't answer phone or text, still couldn't contact store and had to speak with CSR, still only offered credit. Asked for management to contact me and I still haven't done heard anything 2 days later. Terrible customer service.

When we arrived, we noticed that the place looked so depressing. No music, no tvs, extremely quiet. We ordered for dine-in, and no fountain drink (fine) only had bottled drinks. No cups with ice, only 1 water left. When food arrived, the server brought pizza in the togo box. No plates, no utensils, no parm cheese, no chili flakes. It was almost as if we weren't welcomed and wanted us to leave already. The server asked for a tip at the beginning. Had we known it was going to be like this, zero tip. Food was good. Just service really sucked. Do better.

Where is my old, beloved Pizza Hut restaurant where you could sit comfortably, receive friendly service and enjoy the evening???? Now there's nothing left of it, just the super delicious pizza. The rest is no longer worth mentioning. This makes me very sad as a regular guest for over 30 years.

Pizza was excellent, hot, fresh, and ready earlier than anticipated. Pizza was not over or under cooked. Drive-thru pick-up was fast and friendly. Love being able to order something familiar that everyone loves away from home.

This location at 1027 Hwy 98 East has got to be one of the worst Pizza Huts I've been to. Staying in town due to a storm at home. Placed an online order for one Medium Meat Lovers w/ Pan Crust Pizza and Wings. Drove to pick up order to get it quicker instead of waiting for delivery. Arrived at the store and no lights were on in their parking lot. (So I actually passed it) the first time. Went inside and six people in line waiting, I figured no problem at first. 15 minutes later and the first person was still waiting to get their order. They had one person working the counter who obviously didn't know what he was doing. He checked the guys ticket, went in the back and never came back out. They had six people in the kitchen with no assembly process, no organization and they kept looking at us in line and never came out to help instead. I counted twelve Pizzas in the warmer oven just waiting for us with no servers. After 25 minutes there I finally got my order (whew) and left. Walked out with my order and tripped over the parking space stopper thing in the parking lot because no lights are on to light up the lot. Caught my balance, didn't drop my food. Could have easily ended up in the ER and taking legal action from their dark parking lot. Got back to my hotel, sat down to eat and my Pizza was made with a Hand Toss Crust instead of the Pan Crust they charged extra for. Figured as bad as the service was to start with it wouldn't do a bit of good to call back up there to register a complaint. This was definitely NOT worth the $50 Bucks I shelled out for this!!! If I find myself in this town again believe me, I will not be patronizing this establishment again....
