Absolutely AWFUL service. Had three pizzas delivered from the destin location and my pizzas had barely any sauce on it. I called the restaurant and the lady kept saying she doesn’t understand how that is possible bc they sauced and cheeses it this morning. Kept saying the same thing and said well if u bring them back we will replace them. Absolutely not we had them delivered for a REASON. WILL NOT ORDER FROM AGAIN. We also did spend almost 70 dollars. The worst service I have had.

If I could give this negative zeros I would. Orders a pizza an hour and a half ago. No calls or pizza. Said somthing happend with my order yet no one called me or thought to call and say what happend. Instead, they left me on hold for 20 minutes to tell me they don’t know what happend and can offer me a discount 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. No one speaks barely any English either. I’d rather go out and eat a bucket of sand then call this joke of a place again.

The cashier was very nice. The inside was hot over 80 degrees, according to the cashier it was broken and she mentioned it was hotter the day before. I hope the owner does better as that's not acceptable for your employees, especially since they were so nice. Parking lot waa also not lit up very well for being night time.

I ordered a pizza at 10:23 PM and okay yes it closes at 11 but how do yall accept an order then cancel it at 11:22 PM an entire hour later genuinely makes no sense okay if you cant make it then cancel it to begin with wasting time for no reason ruined my night i had to eat a damn sandwich a pizza and 12 wings does not take that long matter of fact i coulda have gone to walmart bought a frozen pizza gotten back and done it with my wasted time if you need food and are hungry do NOT order here.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I’m on vacation here. This place is the worst ever. Ordered a large pepperoni pizza. First, I couldn’t u see stand the cashiers English, second, I got my pizza and the cheese and pepperoni just slid off the bread. It was so thin and soggy and no taste. I told them and they offered to remake it so I agreed. Same exact tho g with the next one. Idk who’s making them but no good. The place looks dead and no I know why. Don’t go here. They have a better pizza place at the harbor walk. Don’t waste ur time. U will be disappointed.

I order from them usually but this time I was in Destin celebrating my daughter’s 15th b-day had a much of hunger teens, it took hrs I called a couple of time kept getting a run around then found out that the delivery girl left all our food outside behind the security building and it’s been raining are food was not just cold but boxes where wet and soggy our chicken wings were cold and disgusting. We had missing food from our order. I contacted them they said it was on DoorDash even thought I didn’t order through DoorDash and so once I contacted them they said I had to contact store this went on for hrs then once I called back they would just hang up on me ! DoorDash employee was so rude and disrespectful I couldn’t believe my ears I’ve never will order from them again and will let everybody I know not to order from them! I’ve still very upset I spend almost a 100$ for food that nobody wanted and to be treated like crap!

Rude employees that throw the receipt instead of handing it , arguing with customer when told can you wear gloves when touching my food. Store manager told us how we don’t have to put gloves on and told us don’t teach me how to do my job I work 25 years for this company . We from Texas visiting here and got a bad experience with this store Don’t recommended going there , employee touching there nose then food
