Huge thank you to Destin SmallCakes for helping make my wife Isabel’s birthday so special. They worked closely with me to make sure her birthday cake was ready and delivered right on time, and everything turned out perfectly.

The cake was absolutely beautiful, tasted amazing, and truly made her day. I really appreciate the communication, attention to detail, and outstanding service throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

It was last minute a day and a half from my wedding I went in with no idea what I wanted and a young man was very polite and understanding I just told them my wedding colors and said make it pretty when they picked that cake up on 12/10/25 and I seen it I cried I had no vision but I just wanted a one tier cake and they showed out …, thanks yall are the best oh yeah and it taste good 🩷🩷🩷

Jeff and Harrison are absolutely wonderful! We haven’t had our wedding yet, but we had a very bad experience with Destin Cakes, and Jeff saved the day! Not only was he warm and very welcoming, the consult was great, the flavors are amazing, and the cakes they have on their site look incredible! They even gave us other icing samples to try with our cupcakes! I am really looking forward to working with this bakery and super happy with everything so far!

BEST cupcakes ever!!!! Fresh, tasty, and lots of different flavors from which to choose. Staff is friendly and helpful. Purchased multiple flavors 3 times during our week’s vacation and all were superb - wish we had a Smallcakes near us at home! Moist, delicious, and they stayed that way for a couple of days (that’s as long as we could wait to have another one!) Don’t miss this place!

Small cakes was absolutely wonderful to work with! Im located in another state and reached out very last minute to order a custom cake as a surprise for a group heading to Destin for a celebration. They were able to help me out last minute and did a phenomenal job with the cake! Communication was a breeze and staff was very helpful and responsive! The group ended up loving the cake and cookies - it was the perfect additions to their celebration! Would highly recommend small cakes!

You have to try and cupcake smash!

We ordered a custom red velvet cake for a bachelorette party and SmallCakes knocked it out of the park! The cake looked STUNNING but also was incredibly yummy! Our request was a little short notice as we would have needed the order within three days. I emailed the bakery with reference photos, but thought it would likely be a “no” due to the short timeframe. SmallCakes responded to my request right away and was able to accommodate the order in time. From the design, to service to the final product - SmallCakes exceeded my expectations and made the bride’s trip! 10/10 would recommend!

Unfortunately, the beach theme cake ordered for our child's first birthday did not meet expectations. We provided specific reference pictures and confirmed the design twice with the staff. The cake received was basic and plain, lacking the requested decorative elements (starfish, turtles, shells).
The pickup experience was also an issue. As we were picking up the cake the day after Thanksgiving, there was no staff available to write a message on it, and we were in a rush due to our event timeline. The taste was also disappointing, and the overall price was not justified given the significant discrepancies from our order and the service limitations. We were ultimately let down by the final product.

I ordered a wedding cake for my destination wedding having never sampled their cakes. Let me tell you that it a was the best decision we made! The cake was sooo good! Everyone raved about it being the best cake they have ever had. We also stopped in a few days prior to test out their cupcakes and were pleased by them as well. We tried most of the flavors they had that day and none of them disappointed us. Thank you Smallcakes!

Such a cute store! Went in today to grab sweet treats for dessert and our household of 3 teenagers plus mom and dad all agree that another trip is in the very near future! The carrot cake and lemon are my two favorites but our teenage son loved the snickers. Will definitely be back and will have to try the homemade ice cream next time.
