I ordered a wedding cake for my destination wedding having never sampled their cakes. Let me tell you that it a was the best decision we made! The cake was sooo good! Everyone raved about it being the best cake they have ever had. We also stopped in a few days prior to test out their cupcakes and were pleased by them as well. We tried most of the flavors they had that day and none of them disappointed us. Thank you Smallcakes!

Such a cute store! Went in today to grab sweet treats for dessert and our household of 3 teenagers plus mom and dad all agree that another trip is in the very near future! The carrot cake and lemon are my two favorites but our teenage son loved the snickers. Will definitely be back and will have to try the homemade ice cream next time.

Came in with my mother and the lady who checked us out was not friendly at all. Did not converse at all. Once we got out of her way, she hopped immediately on her phone. Honestly dissatisfied in the customer service. All the cupcakes were definitely hyped but the terrible customer service will forever outshine the cupcakes

Every time u go into this place, they never have a wedding cake or a cupcake. I don't know if its new owners or not but they use to always have them. I was in there at 1:00 pm and they were out.

We ordered a custom cake for our daughter’s birthday. I asked for white bows thinking they would just draw them on with icing.. they put REAL bows on it! The cake was STUNNING! I was so happy with how it looked. It was more than what I could imagine. It was delicious and perfect!

I came here with my husband, and we each got a cupcake. We really liked the cupcakes. They were really good. I would say, I thought the service could use a little more pep in the step. Overall, this places with a stop and they have a really cool variety and menu.

I was really excited to place an order for my daughter’s half-birthday cake here. I’ve been a repeat customer and have recommended this bakery to others because the cakes truly do taste pretty good.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the outcome this time. I placed my order on July 25th for an August 4th pickup. They asked me to send inspiration photos, which I did, along with a note to change the name and adjust the age to 6 months.

I never received an invoice, so I followed up with a phone call on August 2nd, only to be told I wasn’t on the schedule. They said they’d call me back and eventually agreed to fulfill the order. I was already frustrated, especially when I learned the reason they hadn’t added me to the schedule was because they were waiting on a flavor decision, but no one ever reached out to ask. In fact, the last communication came from me, confirming the size of the cake.

When I picked up the cake, I was really disappointed. It was plain white and didn’t resemble the inspiration photos at all. I will insert inspo and what I received. The cashier told me it was because I hadn’t specified a color, but I feel like that’s something they should clarify if there’s any confusion. A more thorough order form or clearer communication would have helped. Especially when I answered all the questions from the initial email.

What made it even more upsetting was that the writing on the cake barely shows up in photos, which was really disheartening for such a special occasion. I love the flavor of the cakes here, but I felt let down twice during this process and both times, the customer service lacked empathy.

Variety of daily flavors, but they can run out. They also offer ice cream, coffee and some merchandise. It is located in a plaza so parking is fairly easy. You can eat inside at some small tables provided. Cupcakes were moist and a decent size for the competitive prices. The staff was very friendly.

Smallcakes made my wedding cake (wedding cake flavor with almond frosting) and it was not only beautiful, it was DELICIOUS!!! I had to make all of the arrangements from Texas and took her the cake topper and flowers to put on the cake once we got there and they made it absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! I can't thank you enough and would highly recommend you to everyone!!
