I have purchased two venti coffees this week and both times the cup has collapsed in my hand. The second time the lid popped off the cup and coffee went all over my recently detailed car and my lap. I guess whoever decides which cups to order does not drink coffee and realize the cups are of terrible quality. I guess it's time to look to another coffee company if Starbucks' green initiative leads them to procure terrible quality products.

Like literally remade my drink 3 times and still got it wrong!!!! What’s wrong with these people??!! Are you high at work??? Are you just so stupid?? What is it??? How hard it is to mix 2 specific things together and read from the screen?? Just no comment.

Last week I went to this location order 3 drinks. Got the first 2 in about 5 minutes. Then after waiting for 30 minutes for my Frappe, they said we’re just very backed up for blended drinks.

Ok so I guess if you want a pup cup order it when you are ordering your drink I didn’t think it was going to be a big deal but I guess it was. I forgot to ask when I was ordering and was like oh I should be fine to ask up front so if you forget don’t ask for one. I am not sure if the lady was having a bad day or what and it was not busy either no cars behind me.

Very slow service. Employees standing around doing nothing while customers wait for orders.
Over the last several months, I have been in this Starbucks 10 to 12 times a month. For the most part, they do a pretty good job, but they tend to get bogged down easily with high volume. Unfortunately, tonight I had to leave before I was able to get my drink. I had been waiting about 15 minutes, and because I had a personal cup, I had to go to the counter to ask for them to give it to me back so that I could leave. The manager very kindly gave it back to me with a brief apology, but not with an offer to quickly prepare the drink that I was supposed To get it and without an offer to refund. There were several other people that I noticed who waited quite a while for their orders, and got incorrect orders, originally, so they were also working on fixing that. Overall, this is a pleasant, friendly staff. Tonight, they were overwhelmed, and one of their machines was down. They were handling it with Grace, but I really would have liked a different resolution to my problem.

Would put ZERO STARS if I could. This place isn't like my first Starbucks experience. Wasted money on food & drinks and what I ordered IS INCORRECT !!!!~ they didn't have my brownie and when I asked , they told me they were out !! Like how can you be out of food & you just opened !!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!!????.... anyway..... this place sucks & not worth my business nor my money !!!!..... plus , it's a company that is quick to take hard earned money , but if you have an issue or need something fixed , it's not only hard , but you might as well forget it !!!![ Note : I will never forget the poisoning I endured when I visited a Starbucks location close to where I live. ]

Ordered online… app stated that my drinks would be ready at 2:27.. got in drive through line at 2:25… at 3:10… still sitting in drive through and stuck there I called the store to try and figure out wth was going on.. understaffed and very busy was the answer I got… if you are a coffee shop and can’t serve a cup of coffee in under 45 min.. that you had advance notice of…. I mean I just don’t know what to tell you… never again… I have a coffee pot at home!
