Over the last several months, I have been in this Starbucks 10 to 12 times a month. For the most part, they do a pretty good job, but they tend to get bogged down easily with high volume. Unfortunately, tonight I had to leave before I was able to get my drink. I had been waiting about 15 minutes, and because I had a personal cup, I had to go to the counter to ask for them to give it to me back so that I could leave. Caden was super friendly and made our drinks fast. Even with everything going on in the store he handled it calming and efficiently. There were some random boxes sitting around but nothing too serious to take away from the

Ok so I guess if you want a pup cup order it when you are ordering your drink I didn’t think it was going to be a big deal but I guess it was. I forgot to ask when I was ordering and was like oh I should be fine to ask up front so if you forget don’t ask for one. I am not sure if the lady was having a bad day or what and it was not busy either no cars behind me.
