Had a perfect two bedroom two bath condo and two months of reasonably warm weather. The beach is the best and is a delightful experience with chairs and umbrellas at your service.Rooms: Corner condos preferred
Decent condo to stay at while in Destin. Would I stay here again? No probably not. For being an older building the condo is nicely renovated and maintained. I do not like the fact that a vendor sets up on the beach in front of the building and makes you pay to use the chairs. Why not just have an area near the water for guests to set up their own stuff? The parking lot is very busy and be prepared to wait in line for everything

Location is good being oceanfront but the buildings old, not maintained properly. The unit itself is well worn. And the woman in the bar on ground level has a real bad attitude and substandard service
