Pros of resort…The rooms and resort itself are beautiful and maintained. We liked the offerings of complimentary fitness classes, like yoga and spin. We had complimentary paddle boards, this was great! Complimentary Starbucks coffee and water as well.

Called and asked for the best room available. Confirmed and credit card was taken.
Initially, I was given pool and resort passes. Then suddenly, no rooms were available. Upon complaining about the $1,200 charge and mysteriously losing the reservation, the spa manager, John Vaneron, threatened to call security (I was not yelling, he simply didn’t like the inconvenience of explaining or trying to help)—why the massage guy was running the front desk is another issue I...read full review
My husband and I stayed at this resort for a night back in February. The resort itself was nice enough - the food at the restaurant was good despite the service lacking (no body greeting anyone, we had to ask after a few minutes if we should seat ourselves, the two on staff spent the majority of time talking behind the bar) and the grounds are nice.

The Rooftop Bar is a hidden gem with great food and atmosphere, offering fantastic drinks and stunning sunset views. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making it a popular spot. However, the service can be slow, and the outdoor furniture, except for a few brown chairs under the covered area, is uncomfortable and prone to getting wet in the rain. The resort offers a wide range of amenities, including a large pool area with a restaurant and bar, a lazy river, and an on-site spa with services such as an experiential shower, eucalyptus steam room, whirlpool, and Swedish massage. The property is well-maintained and family-friendly, with walking distance to the beautiful beaches of Destin. While the rooms have a more traditional look, the resort provides live entertainment at the upstairs bar and a variety of dining options.
