Very slow service. Rarely came to table to check on us. Had to wait long periods of time for drink refills, even water. Dinner took over 2 hours and most was waiting on service.
Nice bread offering. Enjoyed my mocktail, beet & burrata salad-excellent. Also very good filet. Our Caesar salad arrived without dressing & had to be requested, difficult to get someone back to the table to assist. Bill came & had a corkage fee of $25, we didn't bring/have wine. Had to wait 20+ min to get bill straightened out. Not sure we will keep our upcoming dinner reservation tomorrow evening.
Primrose was good but our server was great. We have two small children and Raged made us feel right at home. He even remembered our daughter's name the next day! Would come back just for that.

Primrose Coastal Italian is an upscale restaurant offering a great dining experience with a fine dining atmosphere. The menu features fresh seafood and local ingredients, including perfect dishes like crab cake, grouper, steak, ribeye, grilled fish, bolognese, cacio de Pepe, and spaghetti with meatballs. Meals like the Christmas prefix dinner and Thanksgiving are outstanding, with perfectly made items from bread and salads to cake. The service is top notch, quick, and helpful from a phenomenal staff. The set up, decor, and holiday decorations like Christmas lights create a wonderful atmosphere, sometimes enhanced by a guitar player for ambiance. It is a wonderful experience for a quality meal in Destin.
