“Ume Sushi is our favorite sushi restaurant, hands down. We recently discovered it and became regular customers ever since. It’s the best sushi in Destin and the surrounding areas. The fish is always incredibly fresh and high quality, and the chef (Kevin) is excellent—everything tastes outstanding.
The prices are very reasonable too, which makes it even better. We love ordering the Sushi for 2 (so yummy) . It’s a great value, especially if you enjoy sashimi and nigiri.
The service is excellent as well. We highly recommend Ume Sushi if you’re looking for excellent, fresh sushi without breaking the wallet.“

“Everything except dessert was phenomenal. The ribeye was stunning - among the best I’ve had in my life. Skip dessert (except coconut cream pie, if you love cream pies). Our table and the table next to us got 4 desserts (and they got it as a birthday treat), but we all thought the desserts were terrible compared to everything else. They even got theirs free because of the birthday but returned it because it was so bad. Our group of 4 came from San Francisco and were so happy with the food here.“

“WOW. I am blown away. I used to be a regular before the remodel and when the old management owned the store, simply because I love sushi, and let me tell you…it was never a pleasant experience…between the workers, attitudes, waits, etc. Today was my first time back after the remodel and to my surprise, with new management. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL. Haley, my waitress, had the bubbliest personality and was SO happy to be there. The sushi chefs were phenomenal, friendly, and good at what they do. Tracey, the new manager of the location, took the time to speak with me and was extremely personable and kind. A complete 180 of the service I used to get. I will definitely be back, and 1000000% recommend. If you have ever had a bad experience in the past, for sure go back with the new management. You are in for a treat. Thanks Rock N Roll Sushi Destin!“

“Such a good hibachi spot! The portions are huge, and you get a little bit of everything — steak, noodles, fried rice, and vegetables. The steak was really flavorful and tender, and everything tasted fresh. Definitely come hungry because the portions are very filling 😅 I’d come back again!“

“My family and I had breakfast at the Primrose Restaurant while staying at the Henderson Park Inn. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts, and we especially appreciated how accommodating the restaurant was to the vegans and vegetarians in our party. The Gulf Hydration breakfast drink was also especially noteworthy and delicious.
But I have to say, the real star of our experience was our server, Caesar. What a delight! He was so pleasant, upbeat, attentive, and genuinely enjoyable. His wonderful personality made our breakfast experience that much more special.
In fact, we returned to Primrose for breakfast the second morning largely because of Caesar. That says a lot about the impression he made on us.
Thank you, Caesar, for being you. Your warm and positive personality is something guests remember, and you are truly an asset to Primrose. We hope management knows what a wonderful employee they have in you“
