big mistake to order the food here.grouper sandwich was nasty. bread was soaking wet from the fish. fish was super small. lettuce wasn't fresh at all. just put some mayo tomato piled up without any care. you can tell! fish wasn't even cooked properly. it was all broken apart! what a waist of $20 on sandwich! trust me I could get better food from the McDonald's!bartander didn't have any personality what so ever. he seemed angry or what? had an attitude. just put the food next to my sliding. never say here's your order, never ask if everything was ok????didn't say hi or bye. I was very surprised how this place is open like this? some resone beer was poured luck warm temperature into cold glass. I wished I never came here!if you wanna go here NEVER order a food! only play bowling or games.shame on chef whoever cooked!don't call yourself a CHEF!!!!!

You had to order your own food fromA QR code menu to sit in the dining room which was fine. However, there was no one to contact if you needed anything. Our food was lukewarm at best. I ordered tater tots, but they brought me french fries. My husband ordered a medium rare burger, but they brought it to him well done. It just wasn’t a good experience overall.

Crowded! But we chose a rainy day and on a popular spring break week. Our kids really enjoyed the bowling and food here though. The pizzas took a while to receive, but again this was because they were busy and low staffed. We felt really bad for the bartender who was also the one delivering food orders. I could tell he was about to have an anxiety attack as he did not have anyone helping him. With four kids, we are just naturally patient people so the delay in everything didn’t ruin the overall experience for us. Very cool atmosphere and sea creature decorations throughout the building. Kid friendly.

Food and service was good but very unsanitary. We sat at the bar. The bartender was handling money and making drinks but was getting the fruits with his nasty hands and placing them in the drinks.? I don't know why he didn't have or wasn't using a utensil or something to pick the fruit up with. And he act like it was ok. I didn't order a drink for that reason.

We tried to go for lunch and a little bowling. We paid and ordered food. The lane we were on kept having issues and the staff did everything to try to fix it and make it right with us. After a few issues, my kids were getting antsy so we asked for a refund instead. The manager issued the refund quickly and everyone was very polite. It’s a cute place with friendly staff and I hope they fix the lane. We will go try again on the next rainy weekend!

This review pertains to the bowling only. We got a groupon deal, so fortunately, we didn't pay the normal prices to bowl. The website makes this place look amazing, and although it's not nearly as nice as it looks online, it's atmosphere is still nice. However, rule number one for a bowling alley is that the lanes are decent, and these are not! The lane we were on, #6, was very erratic. If you are a bowler, who knows how a ball should react on an alley, then you will not want to bowl here. It's probably fine for kids or bumper bowling. By the way, there were no cool balls like shown on their website.

Chaos. They started our time before we were able to get things set. When our lane was finally ready the pins weren't dropping correctly so we were told they would reset our time because of the wait. Then they switched us to another lane and did not reset our time. We asked them to please put the bumpers up for our three year old grandson. But they wouldn't because we were forced to switch lanes and then it was because we also had adults bowling. The people waiting on us were not polite or helpful. We travel 6 hours to bowl here for our grandson's first bowling experience. He cried a lot because he couldn't bowl in the beginning and then they cut our time because they didn't reset things like they were supposed to. Horrible first experience for him and us. Not worth the drive or money.

If you like bowling in pitch black this is for you! No lights on lanes, you can't even see them, see attached pic lol. The lanes are wobbly and unwaxed, it's filthy all throughout bowling area, customer service was non existent and half the games don't work. So disappointed, I don't want anyone else to spend that kind of money to bowl in the dark, it's not safe!!!!

We were assigned a semifunctional lane for bowling and were lied to about the availability of functional lanes. The arcade attendant was also grumpy and did not refund us when we used a broken machine. Not going back.

As Two families with 9 kids combined we were looking forward to an evening of bowling after purchasing a Groupon. The Groupon also included $30 worth of arcade games. After telling us there was an hour and a half wait on a Wednesday evening we decided to get our food ordered. They wouldn’t allow the kids to play their arcade vouchers until we checked in to our bowling lanes so we were just stuck waiting. The food was fairly prompt and tasted good. However the staff running the check in for the lanes as well as the shoes was either understaffed or extremely slow. We waited almost 2 hours to get our lanes. As we were waiting for our lanes we were parched and asked for water. We finally ordered it on the app and still had to track down a waiter to get some. They didn’t even have enough cups cleaned so we all had to share. This is after I heard another man complain about ordered drinks 40 min ago and still not having them. This establishment is either severally understaffed or undertrained but If you decide to go be prepared to spend 3 hours for a 1 hour bowling game. I wouldn’t come back to this venue.
