PB&J Bistro & Café Reviews
Had such a great experience at PB&J Bistro today! I ordered the BLT with a side salad topped with goat cheese and their citrus dressing, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly put together. The dressing had just the right balance and really made the salad stand out.
My sister got the chicken salad sandwich with fruit, and she couldn’t stop talking about how good it was. Our friend ordered the tomato grilled cheese, and it was just as impressive, food done...read full review
What a wonderful dinner, the Ribeye was cooked to perfection. Thank you for an amazing dinner. I loved the cozy feel and beautiful decor. Our waitress was attentive but didn’t hover (perfect service). Jess and Phil have brought a wonderful restaurant and experience to Niceville! If you have not been, you owe it to yourselves to go.
Incredible meals at PB & J tonight in Niceville. Pleasantly surprised to be seated behind the secret bookcases!! Our waiter, Masen, took excellent care of us and made recommendations of the different offerings from the winter dinner menu. We tried the Ribeye, the Pistachio Crusted Grouper, the Short Ribs, Crab Cakes and Roasted Beet Caprese salad… every dish, every bite was delightful and so tasty. Even enjoyed a dessert cookie first and it was given two thumbs up!!

The PB&J Bistro & Café offers a mix of familiar and unique menu options that are flavorful and memorable. The restaurant provides a cozy indoor dining experience with a focus on quality and health. Chef Phil is known for his talented and innovative cuisine, delighting diners with dishes like Honey Garlic Shrimp, Grilled Wahoo with Chimichurri, and Carrot and Ginger Cake. Customers have praised the Chef's table experience, describing it as a delightful and upscale culinary experience. The atmosphere is fabulous and the interior really reminds of a saloon in the flapper girl era, a very Marilyn Monroe & Frank Sinatra vibe. The food is fabulous! Dishes like the burger and the filet were cooked to perfection and the sides were just as good as the main dish. The crème brûlée for dessert is the only way to go! This was a first time experience with a private room separated by a secret bookshelf entrance. It was lovely, very Great Gatsby mood. The food was spectacular, everything from the ranch dressing and sweet potatoes fries to the burger and beet salad with goat cheese. Spinach cheese fritters were an appetizer. Curtis salad with chicken was great as well. Overall good flavors and you can taste the chef’s love in the dishes. There’s limited seating, so reserving a table is advised.
