Bunology is a great experience from start to finish, offering creative, delicious, and flavorful food. The menu features memorable items like the Croissant Smash Burger, which is insane, packed with a sweet and salty flavor, and very large. The Truffle Shuffle is a phenomenal specialty, with perfect steak and amazing sauce. Other standout offerings include the rich and crispy Birria Empanada, the Sweet Plantain Empanada, and the absolutely delicious Spice Girl sandwich, which is rich, savory, and filling. They also have a very tasty and flavorful spicy sauce and refreshing peach and passion fruit tea.
The service is outstanding, incredibly welcoming, friendly, attentive, and quick, earning five stars. The staff genuinely cares and takes pride in their work, with the owner even providing service beyond closing time. The place itself is very clean, comfortable, and easy to access, though it is tucked away in a plaza corner and can be easy to miss.
This spot is a treat and a gem for the area, offering some of the best sandwiches around with flavors that feel like they belong in Miami's hot spots.
