Amazing food and service with a beautiful ambience and live music! Definitely a must visit when in Doral/Miami!
Got sat around 7:45. Wanted the short rib, they were out of it so I ordered the milanesa instead. It was SO salty, almost inedible. Let the waitress know and I ordered something else. Took another 30 minutes to get that meal and the bacon on the burger was half raw. Service was slow and there was barely anyone there. $8 for water is also kinda crazy.
I love the menu at Casa Mariano. Fantastic variety and everything is delicious. The options for Hot appetizers are really unique. You could dine just on those incredible dishes. Service is very good as well
We had a great experience here. The food had a delicious taste, like the ossobuco croquettes and the Braised Short ribs. The staff is very attentive, always on the spot and checking us up. The ambiance is tasteful and charming. Highly recommended for a special occasion.

Celebrated my mom's birthday and had an enjoyable experience. I called and indicated we would arrive 30 minutes early, and we were welcomed once we arrived. The server was great, and the food was well presented and delicious.
Casa Mariano – Doral, FL
The food at Casa Mariano is truly very good. The braised short ribs in Malta are outstanding — perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. Highly recommended. The morcilla spring rolls and goat cheese stuffed dates were also excellent appetizers, creative and beautifully presented.
Service is fair — polite and attentive enough, though not exceptional. It doesn’t quite match the high quality of the food.
One downside is that the restaurant automatically includes a 20% tip in the bill, taking away the guest’s choice to decide whether the service truly deserves it. This practice, while increasingly common, tends to leave a bad taste after an otherwise enjoyable dining experience.

Excelente Servicio, una Comida Deliciosa, tragos super Divinos, realmente una Noche maravillosa muy acojedora.
Excellent place. Congratulation to the chef, very competitive food with any Brickell Expensive Restaurant. Great food flavours. Excellet service provided by Washu our waiter.
One of the best business dining experiences- our waiter (Argentinian) and apologies for forgetting his name, was outstanding. We dined in a private room, his attention to detail leaving us alone while we chatted but there for instant service when we needed him was second to none. The food choices he recommended were flavorful and quite frankly - simply perfect. The chef here needs a four star review too. Everyone of my guests agreed the experience was spectacular- and the interior design is fresh, airy and creates a great ambience. Would thoroughly recommend eating here!
Again Outstanding. Our Server Carlos was exceptional, world class. Overall costly, yes, but quality is remembered long after price has been forgotten. Casa Mariano is a Gem.

The Walter was great and the food was delicious! Definitely will be coming back! Loved everything about this restaurant!
As always, an unparalleled experience. I never tire of going there to enjoy the best food. Every time they surprise me with a new recipe. The service is impeccable, and the entire staff is very friendly and professional.
A very pleasant surprise. After recently spending 3 weeks vacationing in Northern Spain (i.e., the Gastronomy capital of the world) we decided to give Casa Mariano a try. We didn't think it would match our recent experience in Northern Spain. However, WOW, all was excellent (service, ambiance, food flavor, quality and presentation). Our server, Alicia, was outstanding and provided great suggestions. Will definitely be returning soon. Kudos to the Casa Mariano team!
We went as two couples with our kids, spent around $700, and it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. On their own website, they claim: “The design is intimate and calming, making Chef Mariano’s casa as comforting as your own.” The reality could not have been further from that. There was nothing comforting, nothing welcoming — only arrogance, poor management, and zero hospitality. A couple of nearby tables decided our kids were “a problem” (when in reality they weren’t screaming or out of control, just being kids). Instead of handling the situation professionally, the owner escalated it by asking one of my friends to stand up and talk in private in the middle of dessert — completely unnecessary and disrespectful. When I addressed him respectfully, he started talking about some supposed “law” that made no sense, then accused me of “disrespecting” him, which I never did. He gave a half-hearted apology, walked away, and ignored us. To make matters worse, another server responded with attitude when I asked for the check. Meanwhile, the owner was busy apologizing to other tables instead of addressing the situation with us. This restaurant sells itself as “intimate and comforting,” but the reality is the exact opposite. If you have kids, don’t bother coming here. Poorly managed, rude staff, and absolutely no sense of hospitality.
The food was good and the service was great, but the prices were far too expensive for what was offered. Overall, it didn't feel like a good value.
