Good food and environment. I play soccer on the back of the restaurant each Thursday, and many of those days, after the game, we go and eat, and have fun. Despite of our attire, we have been accepted. Sometimes is full, and last night we waited for almost half an hour. Chabella Mexican Fusion offers an exceptional dining experience with a colorful and pretty atmosphere. Guests enjoy amazing food, including main dishes, guacamole appetizer, and the Doral Fajita platter, which is full of flavor and perfect for sharing. The restaurant provides excellent service with attentive staff, such as Astrid, who goes above and beyond for special occasions. The mariachi band adds a nice touch, singing happy birthday and taking requests, creating a lively vibe. Drinks are generally good, although some may find certain margaritas a bit too strong. While the restaurant can be busy, guests appreciate the atmosphere, and the music, especially the mariachi, contributes to the great ambiance. There is a service charge of 18% added to the bill, which some guests feel should be adjusted to allow for more tipping options based on service received. Although the loud music can make conversation difficult at times, the overall experience remains highly recommended. Some guests have noted that the new menu no longer includes photos of the food and drinks, which would enhance the dining experience. Despite this, the food quality continues to impress.
