As everyone I love the Dunkin Donuts, but lately the quality has been getting down, the variety has been reduce and there is less store opened during early hours, the costumer service has been terrible these days.
The food didn't taste good. Very few vegetarian options and, once again, our order was wrong. I won't go back. The app is not user-friendly. I couldn't apply the award to my purchase and getting help there was a challenge. Free beverage...please. I was still charged $1+. When I asked why, it was like talking to the wall. The cashier just stared at me like I grew a second head.
