Yes. I don't know if the owners of these places know or not that at least the Doral and the two in Hialeah close at 8:30pm and not at 9:00pm like it is stated on the door. I have been to all three multiple times and they start cleaning even before 8:30pm. Don't get your hopes up to get there after 8:30pm. The are not even apologetic about it.

Great workers! Fast Service and Delicious... Need to add a little more meat to the subs as I visited a firehouse in Orlando and the subs were much thicker....

I have been to this firehouse subs 4 times since this January. Every time I’ve been there, the restaurant is really clean. The staff have been friendly and helpful when deciding our orders. Our favorite sandwich is the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket; this has not disappointed any time we have gotten it. The quality always holds up as a great sandwich full of flavor. This visit we also branched out to try the new Hook & Ladder Sub and it was really good with nice soft flavorful bread. The only complaint about this sub is it only comes in a size small and medium and not a size large. I want to also add that we specially ordered no onions and they did a good job getting our order right. This branch has not dissapointed us yet and is very consistent with their sandwiches. One time we went the ice part of their soda machine was broken, but was fixed by the time we went back. The table seating has plenty of social distancing to be able to enjoy a dine-in experience. The person named Ashanti (according to the register receipt) is super nice and has been there 3 of the 4 times we went and has had amazing service. One time we asked for extra pickels and she did not disappoint (my husband isn’t a big pickle person but he absolutely loves their spear pickles as do i). This is a restaurant we would definitely come back to.

12 dollars for stale bread, terrible customer service & then there's no ice in the soda machine. Have way better places to spend 12 dollars on food. Must've been why the place was empty and every other food location next to it was hoppin

I don’t usually do this but given the circumstances, I will have to post this review. On 03/09/21 at 8:39 PM I entered the store and got in line. There was one person been served in front on me and the lady behind the counter started talking to the person that was cleaning the trash as to why he let me in that they were closed. I heard this and I asked if they were closed to which the lady simply said yes. The door said closing time is 9:00 PM to which i said, i am sorry but the door says 9:00 pm. They asked what time it was to which is was and I replied with 8:40 pm. They simply said, yeah we are closed. I would understand if they would have said that business hours have changed or apologized since they had forgot to lock the door, but no, simply we are closed. I went over to chick-fil-A and made their line. Customer service wins customers.

Not vegetarian friendly. They don't even have the veggie sub listed on the posted menu, I saw it online. And then they didn't have the sauteed onions and peppers that are the main point of it. The food tasted fine but it was a disappointing experience overall.

I’ve notice the difference between my subs when it’s different shifts. For the record I love the hook&ladder and the engineer but one day I took the time to actually see how sorry certain workers makes the subs. Not to sound creepy but I’ve watched the young lady pick to see Which bread was soft enough for me and that showed me how much Consideration she has for the customers and I love it! Every time I come she makes it perfect, never sloppy! Long story short it shouldn’t take for me to like for a certain person to make my food. Highly recommend ??
