Hierro Light Bakery is absolutely phenomenal. To start, the owner Laura is lovely. She is so sweet, accommodating, professional, and truly passionate about her craft. I contacted her because I needed 2 cakes for 2 very special occasions, and she made me feel like they were for her own personal special occasions.
