Good morning, yesterday, Thursday, March 28, 2024, 3 co-workers and I decided to go shopping and have dinner at the KFC location at 41 st 107 Avenida del Doral between 9:20 and 9:30 p.m. which we bought a family of 12 pieces and when my friends sat down, the young woman who was at the cash register taking the orders told me that she only had takeout, I exclaimed to her that it was not until 10:00pm, which is the lobby's opening hours as It says at the entrance door but he insisted that we could not stay to eat in the place. It should be noted that at that time other customers also arrived, allowing them to sit at the tables to eat without any problem. Which we had to eat in the parking area. My companions and I cannot explain why the young woman's attitude towards us with such indifference. In that regard, he rated the young woman with 0 customer service, they should give her training regarding customer service. Thank you

Haven't been to KFC in a long while and went to the one in Doral for a to-go dinner. It was the worst KFC I've ever had. They should never serve anything that bad, ever!! It was horrible!
Craving French fries , Go before 5 minutes store closed , but I didn't expect the fries like KFC usually ?♀️?♀️

There is a venezuelan girl with curly black hair. She is very arrogant and rude. She throws the food without saying the number ,looking always in a very bad mood. I have been going to this store since it opened years ago , now i have to see if the manager is there for me to go in a place an order . This kids you have there are not for the work. Hope you remove this venezuelan arrogant girl fron this kfc store . I live in the corner of the street since the year 2000 for now to see this little girls playing in the job

The employee never looked at my face, she was upset or tired, maybe from working on a Sunday, but she was in a bad mood. The chicken is fine, but it seemed like they hadn't done the oil change. It tasted good and the chicken looked strange.

Stop using OLD OIL to make the food! It was probably refried as well to heat it up again?! Looked nothing like how Taco Bell normally prepares it. Very hard & awful taste. Had lunch here at noon, it’s now 4pm and I still have that awful taste! What a disappointing thing that Taco Bell allows their name to be used at this location - Doral Taco Bell & KFC.
