First, if you don't speak English good luck ordering. I have been to this restaurant due to its convenience at least 7 times and one 3 of those occasions I have had to just leave because the staff couldn't understand me. The other times my order has also been stale like the chicken had been sitting in a warmer for a long time. Take the 2 extra minutes to go to Wendy's or Chic-fil-a.
Language barrier......half the order was wrong and after taking it back, half still was wrong. Definitely wouldn't use the drive thru at this location. No one was rude but twice to get the order correct and didn't ??♂️
