So, I found this place after a neighbor here in Hialeah recommended them when my last takeout spot totally flaked on me. Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect since I don't know much about fast food chicken. But they actually answered the phone, which felt like a win right away. I absolutely love this KFC! The chicken is always crispy and flavorful, and the sides, especially the mashed potatoes, are just perfect. The staff is friendly and fast, making every visit a great experience!
We were staying in a hotel and ordered online. We got chicken tenders with sauces, mashed potatoes, potato wedges, and a drink. Nowhere was there a place to add utensils or butter packets. When we got it delivered, there were no utensils, napkins, butter, or sauces. Thankfully, the hotel had napkins and utensils we could use, otherwise I don't know how I would have eaten the mashed potatoes.
