The food is delicious . The pick up order is a mission. They are extremely slow . There is one person doing all the work while two others only fill up the sauce packets. Overall, you must wait but the food is really good and fresh

You place an order and it says it’ll be ready in 10 minutes is a lie be ready to wait an extra 25-35 minutes for your food. This is the second time this happens. Food is good. Just very slow service.

I don't know why I swear I should give a star, because they don't deserve it, what a bad service from the girls who deliver the orders and charge, today I was at noon and a guy like the other two who didn't want to give me their names, they talk among themselves and get upset if you ask anything else, they make fun of you, they make you wait hours for your food, really terrible attention, zero in politeness. My comment is not for the entire restaurant but it makes you want to return. They should hire people who know how to serve the public.

I really had a bad experience today with the 2 girls who were serving, super rude and despotic, treating me like I was worthless and making fun of me just for asking how long my food was taking, which was ordered more than an hour ago and with. The boy who was there didn't want to give me his number but the three of them insisted, laughing and making fun of each other in full public of me.

The service is too bad and slow at lunch time and the ladies who serve are rude and impolite.

The falafel bowl was a major disappointment. They do not even put salt in their rice

Pure thievery. I went in there asking for four value bowls and their two employees added two proteins to my bowls saying it was included and when I came to pay the total was 92 dollars. I have eaten at rice before and I plainly walked out cause those prices are ridiculous. I rather eat at a sit down upscale restaurant for that amount. Poor customer service and confusing menus display.

I recently visited Rice Kitchen in Doral and was deeply disappointed with the experience. I had a valid 15% discount through their partnership with Anatomy Gym, which I intended to use for a takeout order. However, the employee rudely refused to honor it, claiming it couldn’t be applied, despite the terms clearly stating dine-in restrictions only. To make matters worse, when I mentioned that a coworker had previously honored the discount, she insulted me by calling me a “snitch.”

Adding to the frustration, their restroom was in such an unsanitary condition that I couldn’t use it, choosing instead to wait until I got home. This level of customer service and hygiene is completely unacceptable.

I hope management addresses these issues, as this experience has made me reconsider returning or recommending this place.

This is the first time in this place and it will be the last time , the worst service by one slow movement men and with a very bad attitude, i think he just wanted to go home! I ordered a seasonal soup and it was horrible , cold and so bad !! I will make sure to tell everyone not to even try thsi place !! Sorry !! I will not recommend anything !

The Rice Mediterranean Kitchen Doral is a good place with delectable dishes and a customer service that it is overall good but it needs improvement ( I was talking with one of them about an error in the app/online order, and a lady came and said "oh that's how it is, period" and "they're going to remove the app anyways"). It is not always like that and ususally the staff is attentive and knowledgeable, creating a good dining experience. Another issues is the restaurant's app, while convenient for ordering, is a source of frustration. The birthday discount feature is misleading, as it allows users to place orders with the promise of a discount, only to be denied at pickup. This inconsistency leaves a sour taste, despite the restaurant's culinary excellence.

The value bowl really was a great value for a vegetarian such as myself. One of the only veg options, but super filling and delicious. I would come often if I was a local. Casual laid back vibe. Thanks!
