I love this chain, but this location is not efficient. I came, told them my pick up order, they asked for my name, I waited 15 minutes after already had placed order 20 minutes prior, until they finally called out names, only to see that my order was there the entire time. Disappointing

While choosing what to eat today… I came across Rice Mediterranean Kitchen on Uber Eats. I was going to place the order for delivery, but we decided to do pickup instead as this was my first time eating their food, nonetheless ~ I was pleasantly surprised. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with quality ingredients. The dishI had was delicious , great taste, and the portions were very fulfilling. Even though I didn't dine in, the pickup process was smooth and the food was still hot and delicious when I got home, but what grabbed my attention the most was how well the mix of flavors between the salad, chicken, hummus, pita bread, etc ~ all complemented each other. I'll definitely be ordering from here again and Dining in next time! Overall, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for flavorful, high-quality food!

I ordered online for pickup at the Doral location. Very disappointed overall. My order was missing one of the items, the pita bread, even though I had paid for it. When I called I was told i had to go to the online site to get my refund, which honestly I didn’t do because of the hassle. And finally, the basmati rice that comes with the tenderloin was very lumpy. Their prices are not cheap, so you would think one would get better quality. Won’t be going back there again.
i just love this restaurant! the food and most importantly the service and the absolutely lovely and fantastic service of the staff! Day and night… The night staff especially are so pleasant , super nice people! Always happy to serve! Just fantastic!

I was skeptical because it was a Friday night and there weren't any customers, but I found out most people get their food to go. If you like Mediterranean food you won't be disappointed even if you never had it before...
