We went yesterday, we had a Groupon, it was a very nice experience, try going during the week so you get closer parking, also go and get the covered parking at the parking garage and validate the ticket after you eat so you don't have to pay for parking. Also, is Miami so is super duper hot, if you go with little ones try going in the evening or afternoon. Right in front of where you order they have lots of sitting areas, the iced latte I had was on point, very strong but...
I had a really bad experience here the other day with one of the employees, but I was immediately contacted the next day by the owner, who offered a refund and an apology, which I truly appreciated. The truth is, I love this business—it's right outside my house, and they make amazing churros! The ambiance is fantastic, and it always feels great to be there. I really enjoy it!
