I’ve been coming to smoothie king for years we ordered 5 smoothies I spent over $50 and one of my players didn’t like what they ordered so he wanted to exchange it for a different smoothie and Ari and her friend told me they can’t do anything if we don’t like the smoothie and then goes to tell me it doesn’t matter if the customer doesn’t like we will not do anything about it with a attitude I will never come to smoothie king again. And this is the only one with a drive thru and they have 2 people working here that don’t have no people skills it’s sad

Just for context, I come here about three times a week. My daughter has a good day at school. This is today. Was no different but today I ordered a small lemon twist Strawberry I asked for the kids he charged me for small. Okay no biggie The only weird part my money never made it to inside the register not my problem. She said oh I already gave it to you which she didn’t Because the register was never opened because on Wednesday, September 3 @ 2:13pm She did not put my $10 bill in the drawer when I asked her for her name or my receipt she said I can’t print those out. Normally I would’ve left the two dollars and change. As a tip by the Volkswagen inside of the drive-through That won’t give up her name

The best Smoothie King in South Florida! Jackie and the team are always friendly and welcoming, and they consistently make excellent smoothies. Hubby comes here once or twice a week for his favorites, the Peanut Power Plus and the Gladiator smoothie, and he’s always impressed with the service and quality. Today he got the Coffee High Protein Almond Mocha. Highly recommend this location!
