Placed a mobile order and went through the drive through which was empty. The girl who spoke sounded upset we arrived prior to the time pick up time by 4 minutes. Again the drive through was empty and we just wanted to be ready so the items dont sit and wait. Then we get our drinks, ine drink was a summer lemonade with pearls. They put the wrong top and wrong straw for it. We went in (even though it was raining) to ask for the correct top, we had to ask multiple times and still left with the wrong top. But hey I got a straw that I cant use with since the top don't even fit. Horrible service.

Definitely never recommended and never come back again. Dirty grounds and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE,.. RUDE STAFF and lack of manners.
Manager will not serve me coffee 10 minutes before closing because they already closed the machine and dont want to deal with cleaning it so they can leave early. Manager stated her name was maria and kept repeating our coffee machines are down and we will close and leave. Never have i ever been to a coffee shop that shuts down their coffee machines early so they can leave as soon as closing time hits.
