I used to love coming to this Starbucks, but lately they are out of everything. No cold brew, no whipped cream, no tea. The shift coordinator, Bobbi needs hospitality training. He told me to watch my mouth and don’t swear? All I said was God Damn, when I kept asking for product, they don’t have or refuse to make. The Starbucks on 87th needs new management. It’s gone down hill. On to 79th I go. So sad, this was once a great Starbucks.
I really recommend and loved this location in Doral. It wasn’t as busy as expected, nice quiet spot to chat or study. The Baristas were fantastic and had great energy/ attitudes. Especially Jazmine, she was very fast and made sure to make our coffee exactly as requested. She made the best Salted Carmel Ice Coffee and Pumpkin Vanilla Ice coffee. When in the area, I will only return to this Doral Starbucks location. They know how to make coffee!!!

this place may be dirty, it may grimy, it may have flies, but what store in south florida doesn't?alysa at the drive thru window gave exceptional service, she was so sweet and helpful with my complicated order of 5 different drinks, i really appreciate her charisma and energy so early in the morning!
