First of all, you make a reservation online and even write special instructions to get a high floor and such request is completely ignore even when there are plenty of empty tables. Then, the play ground was full of balls making it imposible to hit without hit in another ball on the floor. The floor was literally full of balls. Two cars were in and out of the floor without picking up the balls. There was someone filling out the refill balls to hit by hand in each station using a home depot bucket. There is no point in paying for such experience.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We hosted a 300-person event at this location, worked nonstop throughout the night, and were denied beer or a plate of food once the event was over. Our team didn’t eat or drink anything the entire time because we were focused on serving our clients.
For a venue that claims to specialize in hosting events, this level of disregard for the staff and organizers is unacceptable. I strongly advise against booking any events here.

I went to this restaurant today with my family (a group of six), and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. The waiter rarely checked on us — my daughter even had to get up to find him just to order a drink. When we asked for the check, the waiter seemed annoyed and we noticed we were charged for an appetizer we never received. After pointing it out, it took them a long time to correct the mistake.
I also asked them to remove the tip because of the poor service, and they said they did — but when I checked my credit card later, the tip had still been charged. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. We were really hoping for a nice family meal, but the service and billing issues completely ruined the experience.
Mario helped our party last night and really made our night not everyone has such a great attitude ! I will definitely be coming back now great food and drink suggestions no complaints thanks Mario !!!

We had an amazing time at Topgolf thanks to our incredible waitress, Amanda. From the moment we arrived, she was friendly, attentive, and professional. She made sure our drinks and food were always on time, checked in often without ever being intrusive, and treated us with genuine kindness.
Amanda has a great personality — sweet, engaging, and full of positive energy — which really made our visit extra special. It’s not often you come across someone who balances efficiency with such warmth and enthusiasm.
You can tell she truly cares about her guests and enjoys what she does. We left smiling and already looking forward to coming back. Topgolf is lucky to have her — she’s an absolute gem!

Topgolf Miami is a very modern and Well-maintained place offering food, drinks and various games. Some golf experience helps but isn’t necessary, as the drivers are safe and easy to use. The staff are always very friendly, and the food is decent, though nothing extraordinary. Overall, a fun and casual spot to spend time with friends.
