You can’t be a second late for your reservation. Even if they have the time you are eating in to your time. It’s robbery and crappy service standard. I didn’t show and let them have the deposit because we didn’t want to give them anymore business.
Maybe other top golf’s are better but this one is wack.

The food and ambiance were exceptional. Our server was exceptionally attentive and proactive. Notably, when it came to processing our bill, she diligently monitored our every action on the kiosk. Despite having cash, I declined to leave a tip. Subsequently, she inquired, “Are you paying in cash then?” This remark was made before I had even retrieved my cash from my wallet. (I acknowledge that waitresses rely on tips, but making such a comment before I could even access my cash was disrespectful.) Initially, I intended to leave a $15 tip, but after the comment, I reduced it to $10. She then departed, stating, “Only $10.”

I am only giving this review a 1 star because of the service i received from a server. I arrived at 6pm, selected a 90 play time. It is about 50 degrees outside so the bay heater was turned on. At about 6:30/45ish a couple of fair skinned males were at the bay next to us. (207/208) we share a heater… i heard a conversation between the customers and server(dianek) regarding the heater and she turned it off. When we asked her about it her response was “the managers told me we can’t have it on at the moment and the couple of bays next to us(209/210). I was upset that i wasn’t offered another bay where the heater can be on so i cut my game short and asked for the check. I spoke with front desk and mangers on my way out and turns out they never said that. He even offered to turn it back on for me but i advised him that we already cut our game short and paid our bill. I’m not sure why i received this type of treatment as a paying customer but based on the location i expected to get treatment like this. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Again this review isn’t about the establishment or other workers. I just don’t know what provoked the server to lie instead of accommodating us. Hopefully something is done. Her name is Dianek
