Poor service placed a large order missing items on mobile order. The bag is sealed with tamper tape so didn’t think to check it since not busy and was slow. Found out item was missing when home but when tried to call to speak with managers to place a complaint just rings then disconnects calls. No way to reach anyone!!!
Apparently it’s ok to rip off customers money!!
It is Friday night at 9:10pm and they ran out of fries, soda, fried chicken, onion rings and shakes. The place is pretty dirty and there is a big soda spill on the floor. Nobody seems to be taking care of the cleaning of this place. Very sad!
