My family and I were able to spend an entire week at this wonderful resort. Huge thank you to Stephanie for all her help during our booking experience. There was so much to do we didn’t get to do it all partially due to us wanting to explore the keys a little too. The staff was very friendly and made our stay extra enjoyable. We will definitely go back.
When you pay good money to go on a bucket list vacation, it is hard to deal with a resort that does not aspire to a reasonable customer service level. We have been wanting to visit Hawks Cay for years and the experience was filled with extreme lows and a few highs.
We were able to check in early, but once our room was ready we were just given a number. No one told us that there were separate rooms in the main building and villas that had the same numbers. The map only...read full review
I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. We were here for a week in a villa that was very spacious with great views. We had a small issue with the villa and Maggie was so quick to resolve it! She is the best and I can only hope she's very appreciated there. Her actions and the resorts above all amazing customer service made me look past the small villa issues especially with their response time fixing it. This got us wanting to come back for more!
