jacob from tiki grill was so charismatic and a great bartender! 10/10 recommend
Just 24 hours into our stay at Hawk's Cay and I've never felt so welcomed. That's entirely down to the staff, and two people stand out: Kaplan and Jacob at the Tiki Grill bar.
They were warm from the first minute, but what really got me was the next day — they welcomed us back by name. I also watched how they treated guests who were checking out, stopping to shake hands and say a genuine thank you. You can tell that warmth is real, not part of a script.
