My family and I were able to spend an entire week at this wonderful resort. Huge thank you to Stephanie for all her help during our booking experience. There was so much to do we didn’t get to do it all partially due to us wanting to explore the keys a little too. The staff was very friendly and made our stay extra enjoyable. We will definitely go back.
I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. We were here for a week in a villa that was very spacious with great views. We had a small issue with the villa and Maggie was so quick to resolve it! She is the best and I can only hope she's very appreciated there. Her actions and the resorts above all amazing customer service made me look past the small villa issues especially with their response time fixing it. This got us wanting to come back for more! I already spoke...
Each morning we were greeted by Karen in the Marketplace. So friendly & perky. Made you feel special. She was full of life & laughter. Everyone loved her! Thank you Karen. ?
