Ordered one scoop of rocky road $4.80…. Long day of cleaning pools looking forward to a treat Ice cream was nasty had a spoiled smell to it, thick and frost box tasting…. Most disgusting ice cream I’ve ever had….. must be spoked had to throw it away .

This Dunkin is Sunkin, after several attempts at getting good customer service, I give up. I tried the store and gave another opportunity at making things right to corporate, but they deflect and blow customers off. Do yourself a favor and go to the small ice cream shops around town or cold stone. For donuts and coffee do the same! Go into Dunkin/Baskin and get a bag full of bad customer service.

TOP TIER atmosphere energy and customer service!! Hey man you gotta be nice to get nice service and I definitely did and Oh my god that Oreo shake saved my life on the hottest day ever. BOMB place. Couldn’t rate it higher

If you want ice cream after 4 pm on a Tuesday, dont go here. They close at 10 pm but shut down and close 90% of their items. Couldn't even get a hot fudge sundae. It blows my mind that people let their workers get away with this kind of behavior. I would give it negative stars if would let me. This isn't the first time I have had issues with the location.

The server was not very versed in the ice cream. The serving portions were extremely small for the price. I would not recommend this BR at all.The flavour was very good. That’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars

Worst place just went there in April 2020 and May as a returning frequent customer but will NEVER go again! Horrible two staff is working there and they completely ignored and began cleaning the place instead of creating and completing not one order on the receipt !!!! And instead took another new customer instead while kids were waiting 25 min for an order which should have been done even ignored getting ice cream for me but took the new people instead! Very prejudiced place and hope the manager can fire these employees too or else would never ever go here again! Good Luck!
