Bon Appetit in Dunedin was the absolute perfect venue for our wedding in March. Nancy and her staff were so incredible to work with every step of the way. We had to postpone twice due to hurricane Milton and again when my father passed unexpectantly. They were so kind and understanding, and didn't miss a beat to help us secure a new date and shift our arrangements. Nancy was easy to talk to, and their experience and professionalism with weddings is exceptional. They have the process down to a T, and had laid out all of our decor perfectly! The seated meal was incredible, pricing fair and honest, staff fun and passionate, and the bay window sunset views and beauty the best we could have hoped for. Thank you for making it the best day of our lives.🩵

We enjoyed a few drinks at the bar today. Too bad the bees made us leave early. They were so bad that I hope the bartenders have Epi pens on hand🐝

My Family has always loved our times at "Good Appetit" "Bon Appétit Restaurant & Bar". College Graduation in 2019 Wedding Reception celebrated on the top floor called "The Sunset Room" in 2024. 1st Class service from entire workforce.

I can't forget about our other dining experiences. The annual all you can eat buffets for Thanksgiving/ Christmas holidays. Bring the whole family, everyone will be Amazed. So much beautiful views of the waters of the Gulf and take it easy on the food. Ya have all day to enjoy.

I had the pleasure of dining at Bon Appétit in Dunedin today on a double date, and it was a delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the ambience was lovely, with a beautiful ocean view even from our table indoors (the patio was full, but we were graciously seated at the best table inside). The staff were impeccably dressed, professional, and welcoming, and the bathrooms were spotless—a small detail that says a lot about the establishment.

Our server, Ryan, was truly exceptional. Friendly, helpful, and accommodating, he made our dining experience seamless and enjoyable.

We started with drinks: I ordered the Ocean Breeze cocktail, which was perfectly balanced. My husband enjoyed a Negroni, our friend had a Chardonnay, and her husband had an Old Fashioned. A small critique for the Old Fashioned—it came with multiple ice cubes instead of the traditional single cube, which wasn’t to his preference, but the drink itself was fine.

For food, we shared the house salad, the octopus appetizer, and the bouillabaisse as my main dish. Our friends opted for the tuna and lobster stack and the grouper sandwich. My girlfriend has dairy and gluten intolerances, and Ryan went above and beyond to ensure her dietary needs were met.

Overall, the food was very good, with just a couple of notes: the octopus dish, while flavorful, has changed over the years. It arrived with a buttery sauce and lots of vegetables but not much octopus. When I requested a simplified version without the buttery sauce, Ryan quickly replaced it—still tasty, but again, light on the octopus. On the other hand, the bouillabaisse was phenomenal, and my friends had no complaints about their dishes—they thoroughly enjoyed their meals.

Bon Appétit impressed me with its beautiful atmosphere, attentive service, and delicious food. While there were minor tweaks to preferences, the overall experience was excellent. I would absolutely return!

We were a party of 10. The food was good, except for the hamburgers, some of our guests who came out of the country wanted to try the famous USA hamburgers. It felt like it was made with frozen patties.

Parking: Not sure of how much parking availability there is.

Not only does the dining room look absolutely outdated apparently they've had their steaks for just as long. I've never spent $50 on a steak that when you cut into it it didn't look like a steak and it was so freezer burnt and grey. My husband and I were very disappointed. Whoever made the sweet potatoes did a good drop though.

We made a reservation for 6:30, got there at 6:20 got seated immediately and then waited 25 mins to speak to a server, no one came and we ended up leaving and walking to The Living Room which was amazing! I was super excited to eat here but didn’t even get to order a drink or EVEN A WATER!
