So I have tried to use rewards multiple times online and it won’t accept rewards. I had birthday wings coming to me, and Tina was able to figure it out and help me in the store. She was very helpful and friendly and also thorough. What an asset to your establishment. kudos to Tina

Buffalo Wild Wings about a month ago sold giant chicken tenders. As of recently, they changed the tenders and now they're about 1/3 to 1/4 of the size it was originally. It is now more batter than meat. The restaurant is always clean and workers are friendly, so no issues there. However, the 66% or more lowered portions in which I'm paying 12 dollars for is a massive rip-off. For the same price I can get Raising Canes with double the portions. So Buffalo Wild Wings tenders are no longer worth it. I rarely post reviews, but I did not want anyone else ordering the 5 dollars worth of tenders for 12 dollars.

Great customer service at the counter, but specifically on the phone. The young man who picked up was so incredibly courteous, patient and helpful. Give that guy a raise!! Hard to find that type of service consistently these days...

I placed my to go order online at 1145am yesterday and order said would be ready for pickup at 1230. I ran an errand on my way to pick up my wings so, I arrived at the dunedin go location to pick up my order at 1pm. I waited at the counter and one of the employees asked me if I was there to pick up my order and I stated yes and gave her my name. She said nobody with my last name placed an order so asked for my 1st name. She then said oh yeah, I remember that 1st name from a bit earlier today. That order was already picked up and gone earlier. I said we'll, I am here now to pick up my order so obviously it wasn't me who picked it up. She did have the other employees in the store immediately re-make my order promptly. I waited about 20 minutes then got my original order. She apologized and said she had never had this happen before. I said to her, not sure how someone else could come in and pick up my specific order. I asked to speak to a manager which she stated there was not one on site and because I placed my order online I would have to speak to the corporate manager. I asked her for a refund for the $ I paid for this order as I was inconvenienced and someone else picked up my original order and now I had to wait for another order to be made. Otherwise, food was good.

I stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings yesterday and honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I can be super picky when it comes to my food – I like everything extra crispy and done exactly right. I was pleasantly surprised that they got my order spot-on, down to the sides. The food came out hot, crispy, and just the way I wanted them. The service was great too. There were two older ladies and one younger gentleman working, and they did not disappoint. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of. Overall, it was a really good experience and I left happy. Definitely a place I’d come back to when I’m craving quick food - lex

Oh my God the Number 7, the burger is so damn good! The onion rings too were perfect! My friend got the garlic parm wings and the wedge fries and she was in heaven. We had a wonderful little early dinner. Only issue I hate the chairs, they need to be more comfortable. The bench should be moved to add another table. It's really not a place for eating in for a length of time, but it was so nice. Make the lobby a little more comfortable and it's perfect!
