So I have tried to use rewards multiple times online and it won’t accept rewards. I had birthday wings coming to me, and Tina was able to figure it out and help me in the store. She was very helpful and friendly and also thorough. What an asset to your establishment. kudos to Tina
Buffalo Wild Wings about a month ago sold giant chicken tenders. As of recently, they changed the tenders and now they're about 1/3 to 1/4 of the size it was originally. It is now more batter than meat. The restaurant is always clean and workers are friendly, so no issues there. However, the 66% or more lowered portions in which I'm paying 12 dollars for is a massive rip-off. For the same price I can get Raising Canes with double the portions. So Buffalo Wild Wings tenders...
Great customer service at the counter, but specifically on the phone. The young man who picked up was so incredibly courteous, patient and helpful. Give that guy a raise!! Hard to find that type of service consistently these days...
