had the autumn harvest bowl, served by my adorable tattooed celiac pal and an unsweetened fruit pop in a can.
Delicious. It was not quite enough for my second and final meal with walk to and from. Bought a share size peanut butter snickers on the walk home. Unrelated: Tampa doesn’t really do sidewalks.

This used to be one of my favorite places to eat! Healthy food, always great portions— regardless of whether you order online via DoorDash or if you go inside the restaurant. Today, however, I was given only a fraction of what is usually put in the bowls. I even mentioned something to the new person making them.. and he said “no this is how they are supposed to be.” It’s literally not even half of what you usually get. Look at all of the empty space in the bowls! Definitely not worth the price anymore. ?Photos on left are of what it’s advertised as.. photos on right are what they gave me.
I saw a story a while back about sweetgreen looking to use robot workers to make bowls and lower costs as they were failing to turn a profit. After visiting I’m not surprised at either of them failing to make money nor trying to use robots. We ordered online at 8:30pm (they close at 10) and they were out of every protein except for salmon. The worker came up and said they were out of white rice so we agreed to switch to wild rice. 30 seconds later she came back up to say they were out of the hot honey chicken and it would be 25 minutes until it was ready so we agreed to switch to the other chicken. Then she came back up and said they were out of that, so asked if they had steak she said no so then we asked what she did have and she said salmon. We asked if we could replace it with salmon and she agreed after thinking about it silently for 30 seconds. After all this, half of the sweet potatoes in each bowl were raw. After paying 17 dollars per bowl I threw over 2/3 of mine away. Overall, a bad experience, especially for the price, and if I could bet on them to continue to lose money I’d take out a second mortgage.

This is the best salad however their system and deliveries are the worst I’ve seen in any business. This evening once again after waiting all evening about one hour to get my dinner it shows delivered, but was never delivered. I couldn’t tell you how many times does this happened. And how many times the order has been wrong. It’s a consistent problem and it’s sickening. Especially considering the amount that’s being charged. The worst part about this is there’s no one to contact everything gets directed digitally immediately and there’s no way to fix it before the problem or as the problem occurs. What a complete disappointment.

I came here Monday 7/22, My experience was not the best to say the least. There were 3 girls working in the front It was extremely busy and you could clearly tell they were exhausted. There were many people waiting for a long time. It was no problem for me as you could see they were doing their best, but i felt so bad. Their faces were all red. It seems to me the GM doesnt know how to run a business. How can only 3 people work with that many customers? Do better sweetgreen.

My husband came here on Thursday around 4pm and got food with a friend. He said he got steak and broccoli. By 8pm he was complaining that his stomach was hurting, and by 9 pm he was violently throwing up. He got food poisoning that lasted well into the next day. Couldn’t go to work, wouldn’t get out of bed. Wouldn’t recommend the food here.
I got the Crispy Rice Bowl with the spicy cashew sauce and it was absolutely delicious! The staff are very polite, friendly, and helpful. The ambiance is refreshing as well:)

I love this place so much. I placed my first sweetgreen order a few weeks ago via Uber. Since then, I have downloaded the app- and became a sweetgreen groupie for life. The combination of balsamic and apples, and crispy onions makes my mouth water. I am literally obsessed- I can’t stop thinking about my next sweetgreen fix, I keep telling everyone how good it is. It’s a crime honestly how much money I’ve spent on salads in the last two weeks. Love you forever and ever ?????????

The atmosphere is pleasant as soon as you walk in. Very clean and a good vibe. I had the pleasure of interacting with one of the employees, Alianis, who served my food. She was super friendly, happy and even suggested the bread that I always decline. She said it’s the best she’s had and goes great with the food; she was right and I’ll be getting the bread each time now because of Alianas and her great customer service. The food is always great here and the new steak option is amazing.

Stopped in with my family while looking for some clean eating and this location and staff didn’t let me down one bit. Got the hot honey chicken, a create your own and a kids little harvest with rice subbed for apples. Everything was fresh and available. The staff member who assist us was great. When you want good clean food, great environment and service visit this location, they will more than take care of you.

I had a very exceptional dining experience at this quaint restaurant. Chansee and his team were very helpful on the options they provided since it was my first time dining. I had the steakhouse chopped salad, as it was recommended by Chansee and it did not disappoint. I will be back not only for the food, but the hospitality that came along with it.

Found out about this place in April of this year and had been coming almost daily! Staff know me by face (and my son and spouse). Last tyme I ordered the portion was smaller and the salmon was LITERALLY half the original portion size. June 2nd was my last day going there. Same reason I stopped eating at Chipotle. If the portions are smaller then the prices should be lowered as well.
