Asking for a tip in the drive-thru is ridiculous I'm sorry how about you pay your workers more. Makes the experience awkward for everyone including the employee.

Ordered 6 flat wings with garlic parm sauce and an order of cajun fries.Went inside and ordered takeout. Customer service was very pleasant. The appearance of the barely lit dining area was iffy..The wings were dry, tasteless and hard. I ate 2 and threw the other 4 away, what a waste.Fries were hot and fresh but barely had the cajun flavor.I was very disappointed.My first and last time.Yuk!!!
So we ordered from Charlys in Dunedin FL, 3 times in the last 2 years, every time they were out of celery. So it's safe to say that they don't stock celery, we wouldn't have ordered the wings if we knew that there's no celery. The wings and cheesesteak are great. Just don't even order the celery.

Went though drive-thru order small Philly and lg drink no fries, guy asked all the way? I said sure assumed was onions and peppers. What I got was a mess of lettuce and tomatos! Steak and bun were greasy mess. What really bothered me at the drive thru they stuck a stick out the window with payment device on it, I can't see the screen, finally I see it's a little display wanting me to pick the tip I want to give! OMG I got a tip don't shove the thing in the customers face if you ever want them to come back. I know I won't.
I asked for extra lemon pepper on my wings and they gave me zero lemon

I went to charlie’s today and I ordered a sweet tea from there. I found a bone in my drink. I don’t know how it got there but there’s no way a piece of bone just falls into someone’s drink. That is very dangerous and also very unsanitary. Someone’s kid could have ordered that and could’ve choked on that. Charlie’s needs to look out for what they put in there food and drinks.

This is disgusting charley's. I ordered a sweet ice tea from charley's. when i finished the drink i found a BONE in my drink!!! There was multiple small pieces as well that i could've swallowed. The service wasn't that great either , she was laughing in my face and being sorta rude. A piece of bone doesn't just fall into your drink.
