I tried to order for pick up and the payment part of the app wouldn't work, but said I could just pay when I picked it up. Went through the drive-thru to see if my order went through, it didn't so I had to go inside and wait in about a 15-20 minute line. The staff working here were all kind and doing their best. Please hire more people! I really felt bad for the workers and could tell they needed help. Overall, my food was great, except the stale chips. The Chipotle lime sauce is good.

FOOD PORTION ISSUES & UNSANITARY SITUATIONS: I’ve been a loyal customer of Chipotle for years and have visited locations across multiple states, but this was the first experience that compelled me to file a complaint.
While my food was being prepared, I observed a female employee walking behind the food counter in the kitchen area, between the serving line and the prep counter, carrying her shoes in her hands at about counter height. She passed through this area multiple times—at least three—while holding the shoes, including after being called over by another employee. This occurred directly in the vicinity where food is actively being prepared and served, which I found highly unsanitary.
I brought this to the attention of the employee serving me, expressing my concern more than once. However, my comments were repeatedly redirected, and the focus remained on completing my order rather than addressing the issue.
In addition, I’ve noticed on more than one occasion at this location that portion sizes—particularly meat—seem inconsistent and smaller than expected. As a female customer, I’ve observed that my portions have sometimes been noticeably less than those served to male customers.
On another occasion, I saw an employee wearing gloves to serve the food, jump on line to ring up the order on the register still wearing the gloves so they could then jump back into line using the same gloves to prepare another food order.
This location is very disappointing due to both the sanitation concerns and the inconsistency in portions. Lots of complaints on here. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and something is done about the ongoing issues. MANAGER/CORPORATE. Look at your site's cameras for March 17th (St. Patty's day) at 6:00 - 6:06 and see the unsanitary employee situation with the shoes.

Healing Remedy
TERRIBLE! Avoid! I have been here two times and the first time there was a friday around 8pm. There was a long line and one woman making the food for everyone while everyone else just stood around and talked and myself and a few others complimented her and thanked her as she was the only one who was even cleaning!! The second time was tonight and that same girl was making a child his food in line and we could hear one of the employees literally screaming in the back dropping the F bomb. The girl making our food stopped and yelled at her telling her to watch her mouth there was customers! The girl in the back proceeded to call her every name in the book and threaten her in front of all staff and customers and NOT ONE person did anything about it. I CANNOT believe the unprofessionalism at this location and I feel so very sorry for that hardworking young woman who was working her butt off while her coworkers stood around and pretty much assaulted her! Where is management? Food is always dried out and portions are small. Avoid!

Very very unprofessional crew at this location. Lady filling the bowls up front says midnight rush. Mind you it’s 930 and closing time is 11. Ordered a large guac and large chips, sure you don’t have large bag of chips I can settle for 2 small ones. But fill up my damn cup FULLY AND DONT SPILL IT ALL OVER THE DAMN CUP and doesn’t clean it.. paid over 8$ for a half cup of Guac, STALE CHIPS and I want my damn money back. Clean up your damn place and hire people that will appreciate a paycheck not some stuck up. Also throw away stale chips and don’t serve them to people. WILL NEVER BE BACK AT THIS LOCATION. Have never had an issue at the Countryside location

If you’re in the area and want chipotle do not go to this one. The customer service was terrible. One of the girl workers working the counter missed the bowl with the guac and it fell on counter and she picked it up with her hands and put it right back into the bowl. And then while they were waiting one of the other male worker was tossing my burrito up and down which I didn’t like. And don’t get me started with the portion size I get they can’t give you too much but I seriously didn’t get anything in my bowl.
There were 6 people waiting to order only 1 person to wait on customers and he also was running the register. The chicken was so spicy we couldn't eat it. The music was so loud you could not hear what the kid was saying who was waiting on you. Don't think we will be going there again.

Worse Chipotle ever! Walked in to a dirty atmosphere. Employee who finally decided to help me at the counter proceeded to wipe their nose with their bare hand and then grab and handle gloves they put on to now handle my food! Disgusting!! Food was either dried out or non-existent. The food that was present and dried out, seemed to have pieces of other food mixed in or around the container. The whole place from start to finish was dirty, and unprofessional. A horrible experience. In my opinion, this site should be immediately shutdown if for nothing more than uncleanliness.

Very small portions, workers get upset when you ask for more food to equal the normal chipotle standard portion amount and will charge for double meat. I've never been to a chipotle like this one. music is very loud and difficult to enjoy eating inside. Don't plan to return until service improves and I was so excited about this location. Bummer.

Something about the bowl i got on March 3rd 2026. Absolutely gave me the tingle. Perfect portions. Chips were salty. Nice workers. Air was crisp and 75 outside. Deserves a 5 star review.

Food sits out for hours on end until it’s gone. They do not throw away food even if it’s gotten to the point where it’s dried out crumbs. Extremely stingy with portions despite food being $10+ for one item. Bathroom was covered in pee and dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned in multiple days. When I walked in an employee was smoking a cigarette right next to a family eating. I watched her walk in, put her apron back on, AND SHE DID NOT WASH HER HANDS, simply put on gloves and started making food for the person behind me. The tables were filthy with food and grime as well. The only “clean” table looks like it was wiped down with a dirty rag. Two out of three napkin dispensers were empty. About two forks left in the four different compartments they’re kept in. As soon as the employees got done with the rush they immediately go to the back and start gossiping with each-other instead of taking 5 minutes to clean up. I am extremely disappointed, this is the worst experience i’ve ever had at a chipotle and by reading the other reviews, this is normal for them. Manager needs to train his employees rather than talking to them like he’s a teenager as well. You are there to manage the store not act like you just got hired. There’s a reason why this is the worst rated Chipotle in the area. Do not waste your money on this garbage.
