CLOSED! This DQ is closed! Hasn’t been open for at least a week. Closed signs everywhere! Tried to go a couple more times, but it’s closed!Went for ice cream a couple weeks ago and the store was closed- drive up only open. Went tonight and it is totally closed due to some computer issue! Says open on website. Not good.

There's nothing wrong with the food or service here. Notice the "popular times" and how they completely die out at nine. I've been here multiple times in the past couple years on Saturday nights and the place closes an hour early, at 9pm. Put it on your "time open" on here and make it official instead of wasting people's time and gas money to drive here for no reason. Thanks.

literally the worst customer service that I've ever had. Mia!! I'm shocked and appalled at the whole entire situation My mind is blown. Is this even real???So I ordered my meal got to the window got everything. I come to this restaurant at least two or three days a week from work order the same thing. Ask for sauce the lady said that it's a charge, I said I've never been charged before When did that start. She immediately became subarued offensive almost yelling at me slammed the drive-thru window shut. Honestly worried that she even mess with my food. This was completely crazy I left shaking!! This is my go-to place for work very disappointed. This is not the first time she has been rude and mean. I don't with mean stuff before but she was over the top. I asked for the manager She proceeded to say she was the manager. Low and behold she was the second manager and the other manager and her were really good friends I found this all out at drive-thru window during the whole entire process of them attacking me for trying to understand when they started charging for sauces... Very very disappointed. I felt like I apologize so many times even at the speaker bc I said something about root beer and she thought I said I wanted a large. But yet I apologized. It was a horrible experience and I'm really can't imagine how someone like this is a manager I definitely won't be eating the food that I paid for. The way she acted makes me hesitant to trust the food and any service moving forward!!!! Very very disappointed

I have tried to go and get a cotton candy blizzard a few times now after work, about 8:30pm, over the last week or so and each time I go the store is closed !! Even though it doesn’t close till 10 !! I just tried to call the store, the time right now is 3:50pm on a Saturday and no one answered !! Not happy at all !!

I ordered from uber eats and paid 60 dollars. 40 dollars to the store. When I got the order it was missing a whole burger and drink. Uber takes everything to make it right which is great. I got nervous cause I spent 40 dollars and just wanted the items. I called the store and spoke to a nice girl who I assume was the manager and just mention I was nervous it was cold and missing items and just want my food and she assured me she'd make it right. It was already melted and cold fries I knew it would sit out longer and was worried about this. Well I got the food again and blizzards and yep same ones that's been sitting out for 20 min when it was never my fault. I spent 40 dollars and an hour to get this fixed and it never was. I'm empathetic to a busy time, busy staff I work in customer service but seriously just do better the fries were sooo stale I've also not gone out of my way to leave a review but it needs to be informed ty

on way from Dr's appt to file taxes & had a craving. Got a couple of Banana Shakes half chocolate & half vanilla. Quick pleasant service thru drive thru to continue our trip. Deliciously hit the spot!!!

Went in to Dunedin Dairy Queen to get a Oreo blizzard. Nasty employee Lauretta handed us a blizzard with chocolate wafers cookies mixed to a pulp. No real Oreos we’re in it. Didn’t even taste like the normal Oreo blizzard. Lauretta didn’t like when we asked about it. Nasty employee. Oldsmar Dairy Queen uses real Oreos and much nicer service.

This is exactly what you expect when you stop somewhere to grab dinner! From start to finish our service was excellent! Greeted immediately with a kind voice and repeated order. Once we got to the window the order was confirmed again. And the atmosphere inside appeared happy and cohesive with a little humor from the employee in the window. Smiles from the girl getting the food!! Our food was HOT and Delicious! A true 5 star for us this time around and it appears they've got a stellar crew! We will be back again very soon!

It's okay, blizzards are not thick as advertised every ice cream I get from there is runny, yet I keep going back because I work late and when you want ice cream you want it. But it's not the best DQ as far as thick ice cream. It's more half melted shake like ice cream. Maybe they'll fix it one day.

The food is good but their customer service has went south. We just left the drive thru and the “manager” left items off our order then we tried to fix it at the window and she yells at us for not ordering it at the microphone. The poor man running the window has to put up with this all day I feel for the guy.

Maybe if your store closes at 6pm you could turn the lights off? At least the lights for the sign?? No one obviously has even an average sized brain that manages this place
