Restaurant Review: Dunedin Bagels and Deli, Dunedin, FL

I have recently visited this amazing bagel shop and deli in downtown Dunedin, and I can’t figure out why it took me so long to discover it!

They offer a variety of fresh bagels cooked daily, and you can really taste the difference – from a little crisp exterior to a soft, moist flavor and texture on the inside. Complete perfection! She even makes Salt Bagels and Bialys on Sundays. I ordered a dozen in advance, and when I arrived, I told her she had them bagged and ready to go. Of course, I bought a few other items as well because I just had to!

They also offer a plethora of sandwiches, including some of your classics, including Bacon, Egg, and Cheese; Sausage, Egg and Cheese; Egg and Cheese; Ham, Egg and Cheese; Corn Beef, Egg, and Cheese; and Spinach Chorizo.

But it does not stop there! They have a wide variety of unique sandwiches, which are quite impressive. The combination of high-quality ingredients and creative pairing makes every bite unforgettable.

What makes it all worthwhile is Miriam, the owner. She is the heartbeat of the restaurant and brings her love for food in every bite. I will definitely come back to try more of their delicious offerings, and I recommend you support this local business over any chain!

Awful. A sad excuse for a bacon, egg, and cheese.

The bagels are sealed in plastic bags, not fresh. This is not a place to get great local bagels despite the outward appearance.

The egg is microwaved and is a frozen patty that looks like it was taken off a Jimmy Dean, but somehow worse.

The bacon was paper-thin and there was hardly any on the sandwich.

The sandwich was also $7. If I had seen it before I left the restaurant, I would have asked for a refund. Avoid this place!

They have the best bagels in town, hands down! We love this place. We like to grab a breakfast bagel sandwich then head to the beach to eat it. The people are very nice here too.

I was having a stressful day so I decided to eat out. Didn't want to cook. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese for pick up hoping it'd cheer me up but it didn't 😪. At least I
Didn't have to cook.

I'm from Detroit so I haven't had many good bagels down here. I was skeptical but dying for a bagel and decided to try Dunedin as I've passed it driving, many times. I ordered 6 bagels. Everything / poppy/ plain. Took home. Threw under broiler both sides (just outside). It was great, crispy , rubbery inside (yes Einstein Bagel people, a real bagel is not a burger bun). Smelled great, delish.Happy to review. Will be back soon!

Miriam, the owner is AMAZING. So kind and knowledgeable. She immediately told me the gluten free bagels are done in a separate toaster and made in a different day. They were also the best gluten free bagels I’ve ever had.
