This is the worst Dunkin around. I stop here most of the time since it's omw to work. I order almost the same thing and it's made different every time. They do t ever put the stickers on the cup so you know what you're getting. This time was the last straw. My ice coffee is so bitter I can't even drink it. The person taking my order couldn't even repeat the order back after I said it twice. The recipe is correct but not my order. Usually I get a sandwich, but I stopped since they have been burning my croissant.

This is the worst Dunkin in the county without competition.
- They get your order wrong consistently - they yell at you through the speaker - they burn the coffee and will serve old coffee consistently, never mixing any drinks - the food is consistently bad and sometimes even tastes old - the employees are disrespectful and constantly yelling at each other. Compared to Starbucks down the street, it feels like a prison kitchen being in there
Go to Kahwa or Starbucks nearby instead and get respectful service and what you actually ordered. This Dunkin doesn't just have bad management, it has no management.

Just went thru the drive thru about an hour ago the “gentleman” at the Window was less then friendly. He had a look on his face like we were bothering him with our presence and both me and my daughter thanked him at the end of the transaction, all he did was stare at us. It was odd and uncomfortable. Maybe he was having a bad day but the second we pulled up he looked at us like he was smelling dog poop. I would like to believe it had nothing to do with us being white. Please put a happier person in the window, I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts often and everybody I’ve ever met there has always been nice and extra friendly. Hopefully this was a one time an isolated incident. Food and drink were fantastic as always.

This is the closest Dunkin to our vacation home and we always get good service here. The guy named Austin is our favorite as he is always very friendly and provides great service imo. Super friendly dude and always great to see him behind the counter.
Avoid this location at all costs! Please read the reviews. First time going to this location. They said they can’t make my drink that I always get. Wouldn’t give me back my money, and manager said she was going to call the police on me to arrest me for trespassing. I just wanted a coffee that I always get 😭

Good place and very busy during the morning coffee rush. Between opening and around 9am, it can be challenging to get in there. Service is great and my order is always right. Busy busy. The nature of the coffee business.
