I get we came 15 mins before close but we listened to one guy in particular talk badly the whole time my son and I were there about us and the other customers coming in. I even said sorry while ordering to the girl working and even tipped which I now regret. It was disgusting having to listen to all that nasty talking about us and other customers. Disappointed in firehouse subs for being so disrespectful I spent 68 dollars on 4 subs, so to be treated like that. EDIT: After getting home,On top of that 2 of the subs were missing stuff on them , there was no pickles, and the subs were very sloppily made.

I have placed an order for delivery was not delivered as per instructions didn't even know it was delivered the food was cold worst of all the steak and cheese sandwich had more fried onions than it did the steak literally hardly any steak it was all fried onions The bread was hard I've never been so disappointed in a firehouse sub The chili was mediocre

Bread toaster broke so the bread was cool and apparently, toasted bread is what makes their subs so good.
I’ve been here waiting to pick up an order for 15 minutes and they said it would be another 20 - they are 9 customers sitting here waiting for food and NONE of them have anything - there are 3 people working right now moving SO SLOWLY - I think a snail on the beach could crawl here to Dunedin faster than these people are moving or working - managers please hire People who actually want to WORK and care about their customers - I wouldn’t be waiting if it wasn’t an order for someone else that was already paid for - ridiculous!

Stay far away from this place. I got severe food posioning from there meatball sub. I ended up in the emergency room and still have severe stomach pains. Do a google search and you will see this is very common issue for firehouse subs.STAY

Came here first time ordered cajun sub just plain white chicken sub asked about it said its Cajun sub. No hello no thank you front cashier girl no personality acted like she hated her job no smile from any of the young crew. Everyone looked miserable won't be back at this location
