Flying Cloud Tea & Gifts

I tried to stop today And they have a sign up for rent. This is so sad it was such a great place and big selection.

I had been looking for a place that sells loose-leaf tea and supplies for, what felt like, FOREVER before I found Flying Cloud about 3 weeks ago. It's a small shop, that would be difficult to find without knowing it's there or without access to Google Maps.Walking in, my senses came alive with the various smells of dried tea leaves! There is a bar that runs almost the entire length of the store - which is only about 15 feet - with 3 or 4 stools for guests to perch while having a cuppa or a sample. Behind the bar are probably a hundred or so large tins of SO MANY varieties of tea, it would take 6 months to try each one! Off to the sides and along the front of the store are a variety of shelves and stands with supplies for the tea-lover in your life (or yourself if your family has no clue, like mine!).The day I was there, the husband/owner was the only person there (sorry, I can't remember his name). He helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I'm a black tea drinker, and when I found the shop online, I noticed they had Scottish breakfast tea, my favorite, which is VERY hard to find, so I was excited! I also drink tea in the afternoon and evening, so wanted something like a dessert tea; He told me about their 3/$15 deal so that I could try a variety. Caramel cream and Bourbon cream are DELICIOUS!I'm returning to the store this afternoon or tomorrow, and plan to try some other flavors, but the Scottish and the Caramel will have a permanent place in my kitchen.If you love tea, you definitely need to check out this store. Green tea, black, white, chai, and anything else you can imagine! Plus they can tell you facts you never knew you wanted to know! What a great store!!

Wonderful selection of teas and owners are very helpful. Great place to go for your teas.

Quant little Gem tucked away amid several small businesses. Proprietor very knowledgeable about teas and eager to share his knowledge. A small magnitude of tea varieties adorn the back wall in stay-fresh containers. We purchased a hot Peach variety and it was excellent! We also found some unique tea-related accessories that we haven't found in other stores. Come here for the tea, sit and relax to the music and then browse for a few. You may just have found your new favorite tea shop.

When I tell people I am going to "My Tea Shop" they all know I am talking about Flying Cloud.I am in love with Flying Cloud and believe I have 30+ of their teas at home as all of them are so good its hard to pick a favorite though Nicolette knows when I walk in the door that I am in to restock on their Chocolate Puerh Tea as I'm out again, as I drink it so fast as its soooo good!She and her husband Nick are wonderful helping you select teas and offering you different selections. My friends and I will go in and try 2-3 tea tasting's to find which tea's we will be brining home that day.

No real area to 'dine in' and I was disappointed the tea and chocolate Thursday recommended by an employee last time I was here was not being held today when i was excited that I finally had the day off to go. The advert advised every week but it may be best to call next time before traveling.

Best place to get loose leaf tea! So happy it is close to me. Lots of tea choices with seasonal choices as well. So excited I found this place!

Perfect for tea obsessed people. They have a large variety of every kind of tea and their blends are magical. It comes looseleaf and the owners are happy to explain how to brew it. They even make you cups of their tea to go. One of my favorite places.
