Woman on the phone told me, when I ordered, my total was $9.04. When I arrive to pay for the pizza, she tells me it's $9.40. I query it. She says there's a 4% charge to use the card. No where is this posted there's a fee to use the card. So you're in the dark until you go to pay. (Most merchant accounts charge a merchant no more than 1.99%. The customer is being overcharged. By the way, $9.04 at 4% is .36 cents. On a large order this can add up. So they round it up to almost a full dollar to $10. to charge the non-disclosed 4%. fee.
My experience has been, even when it's over a small amount, companies that may have these questionable business ethics, may cut corners and may taint the food coming from their kitchen. I don't trust them. Nice racket Frank!

The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is always top-notch". I love that they use fresh ingredients, which makes the flavors amazing! I love wings and Frank’s pizza has the best wings, to go along with their delicious pizza. The staff here is Absolutely Wonderful and always make you feel very welcome. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years and I have never had a bad experience. Frank’s Pizza and Restaurant is the Best!!!

The girl who took my order did not Understand my order. Which was a slice of pizza with green peppers on it. She kept saying a slice with pepperoni i haf to keep repeating my self and the pizza was dry it felt like biting a peice of carton. She Probably gave me the oldest piece they pat
