Was looking for a place with good cubano sandwiches by my gym. This place did not disappoint. Nothing fancy here, but the menu is extensive- Mexican, Cuban, Tex-Mex, etc. The Cubano sandwich was excellent. I was a little disappointed there was no coffee or iced coffee, but overall good food at a reasonable price run by a lovely husband and wife team.

Incredible flavors for sure. This is our new favorite spot and Adrienne was fantastic. Get the Birria “anything”. I had the burrito but will have to try the burger or grilled cheese next time. My wife had Grandma Green’s chili and it was unreal. Bring your appetite. It will thank you. We will be back here for sure.

As visitors to the area (who enjoy trying all the local spots), this is hands-down the best food we have had on vacation by far! I ordered the birria loaded fries, and they certainly did not disappoint! 🤤

I definitely, definitely, definitely recommend Fusion Street Eatery. yes, three definitelies, it’s that serious. The second you walk in, it feels less like a restaurant and more like you just wandered into your cool cousin’s house who actually knows how to cook.
The staff? Warm, inviting, and basically the kind of people you want to hang out with after your meal. Adrienne, what a star. She makes you feel like family, the kind that shows up with snacks and good vibes, not the kind that borrows your charger and never returns it.
Mario, my guy, you’re cooking like you’ve got your own Food Network show. Honestly, you could cook for me any day of the week. Keep it up, because your own restaurant is definitely in the future and I’ll be first in line.
And Chris, hats off to you. What you’ve built here is top tier. This place deserves way more recognition It’s the kind of spot people “accidentally discover” once and then never stop bragging about.
Bottom line: come hungry, leave happy, and maybe just move in because you’ll want to keep coming back.
