“Four of us ate here for the first time recently, and we were all very impressed with the quality of the food, cocktails, wine selection, and attentiveness by the wait staff. I've deducted 1 start because of the noise level. We had a hard time hearing our waiter and ourselves, and we all have perfect hearing. “If the air conditioners not working, you should tell people before you sit them down. I shouldn't have to say it's hot in here and then you tell me. Server was okay. I think she forgot about us every once in awhile. Place was not loaded with people. Food was really good. In fact, it was probably better than in the past.“

I absolutely loved this spot! Unfortunately, most of the food around Clearwater Beach tends to be pretty greasy, lots of sandwiches, pizza, fried calamari and shrimp. And it’s obvious that much of it comes from Sysco (you can see the Sysco truck stopping every 4 doors delivering mainstream products).

But then you find this place: fresh, flavorful, and genuinely delicious.

I had a spirulina bowl with granola, Nutella, blueberries, banana, and coconut flakes… and it was amazing.

They also offer savory tuna and salmon poke bowls that looked incredible. Definitely a refreshing change from the usual options around here!“

“No one came to seat us. I had to go the bar and ask if I could seat myself. The hotel bar and restaurant are connected to the pool area which wasn’t ideal for an expensive dinner date in our hotel. The snapper was cooked well but the sauce was more of an Alfredo and really thick. I also had the broccolini and asparagus,I could have had a whole plate of these. The New York strip wasn’t a good cut but had good flavor. The beers were served in an ice cold mug which was really nice. Our waitress was great and saved this review rating.

The service was great, friendly and prompt. The decor was rather funky, and to me it seemed sparse for how much hype there was built up for the place. All in all, not bad. I'd go back if someone wanted to eat there, but I won't be seeking it out.“

Most restaurants skimp on the spice. But not here. Even the crab ragoons were perfect and weren't just all cream cheese filling. Tasted like real crab meat even though it wasn't! Definitely coming back. Huge bonus that they were open on Sunday when I like to treat the family.“

“Spent a week at IRB and knew we wanted to have pizza at least once. SO glad we tried Slyce! The food was amazing (I had a GF Pear-a-Dice, hubby had a Sunburn). The real star was the service - Andrea was so attentive and helpful. She made great recommendations and was a pleasure.

“Me and my family came to dinner tonight 8:55. Are server reece was fantastic very nice and very good attitude. I ordered a rack of ribs i wish i could give the cook “corbin” a big high five because dang nabbit these ribs blew me away perfectly cooked very flavorful and not overly sauced, the ribs where cooked perfectly to where they fell off the bones and i’m very pleased with the portions. A lot of ribs i eat at restaurants they barely have any meat on them maybe enough for one bight and i leave still hungry. These ribs were huge and they did not skimp out on cheap meat. I will definitely be looking forward to coming back“

“The food was top notch or as our outstanding server (Blake) put it "they make everything the hard way, from scratch". We liked it so much we booked a table for New Years Eve and again were wowed by the food and the service. The one drawback was the host stand supervisor. She was snotty and imperious and could really use some training in basic customer service. Once you make it past her you will be rewarded with a wonderful and memorable meal. I would highly recommend the place and look forward to returning again.“
