Nice place but not that nice to justify $12 for a small pinacolada in a small plastic cup. There are better places.

Worse bar ever . Owner is siting here and ordering you what you’re not allowed to do .
You can’t smoke , you can’t talk loud , you can’t take your beer ? on the beach to get your feet wet. He’s always around you and watching you. Which makes you feel uncomfortable.

I’m baffled about how Tina runs this place!!!! She has Numerous bad reviews on here for her attitude, aggression, demeanor and overall poor respect of her customers. She treats her staff horribly and yells at them in front of customers. This perception is based on numerous people saying the same thing.

Tina, word of advice…find another career path before you wind up broke or shutdown! I would have gone off on you if I saw that case in person refusing a military vet with a service dog! That’s utterly disgusting and unacceptable!!!!

I recently visited High and Dry Grill with my boyfriend, a Navy veteran, who relies on a registered service dog for his needs. Unfortunately, we were denied service because the owner (Tina) refused to accept his service dog, despite the dog being properly registered and following all necessary protocols with ID. This experience was disappointing, especially given the lack of understanding for the rights of service members and those who depend on service animals for essential support. He has been there with his service dog prior and dealt with Glen who was very accommodating. The host was very kind and explained the rules of Service animals. As he was taking us to our table Tina stopped us dead in our tracks and started to verbally attack us. She was rude and extremely unprofessional. We decided to just leave because it wasn't worth the hassle at this point and the experience was already ruined.

Federal law under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) ensures the right of individuals with service animals to access public establishments, and the refusal felt not only unfair but also discriminatory with up to $150,000 fine.

As a business that serves the public, I hope High and Dry Grill will take steps to better educate their owner and management on the rights of individuals with service animals, especially those who have served our country. This experience left us feeling unwelcome and overlooked, and we hope that no one else has to face the same situation.

Great view, atypical menu (brats, key lime cider) made for an amazing afternoon. Glad they made it through the latest hurricanes. You’re on the beach, so there’s sand. Give your can a good wipe or crunch along…whatever suits you. 100% will return.

Owned by Glen and Tina. Came in for drinks with my service dog and was denied by Tina. Glen was understanding and sympathetic prior but Tina denied access and needed to know personal information against ADA compliance. Tina was rude, disrespectful and will be receiving a $150k fine up to.

Response from Tina is laughable!! Never once was aggressive or angry. We decided to leave because Tina was yelling and aggressive towards her staff about letting us in. We didn’t want them to get in trouble and left. We have since reported her and yea Tina, there is a certification that all service dogs go through to be certified and provided with a card. We did not show this as we weren’t asked for it.
The lies in your response of security footage clearly is a reflection of your ignorance

This lady thinks she owns the Beach. People like this don't need to be supported. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

The food and service were awesome and the best views around, we were there the Saturday the bridge broke, so we stopped to kill some time and grab a bite, and I have to tell you we had a wonderful time, and will definitely go back, Keep up the great work! We love you!
